Nice host, good wifi and easy to reach and close to the train station, it's a flat with more private rooms in the centre of Prato, just a few minutes from the City Hall square and the main attractions. Pretty quiet, though you can easily hear the neighbours sometimes.

Small breakfast available in 2 bars close by, so you have to get dressed and get out, and if you don't eat sweet in the morning, only one of the 2 bars tries to offer you some other solution (Bar Formica, top staff!), while the bar facing the City Hall square has very unfriendly and rude staff.

Excellently placed and street pretty quiet for town centre until people start work in shops underneath, fairly early. Good sized room, clean, bathroom appliances pretty new, shower adequate size. Friendly staff. The property is a bit rough round the edges and see below, but fundamentally all right.

Big step along length of bathroom would make this room unsuitable for anybody frail and bathroom, though for sole use of room, is separate from the bedroom. The linen was ordinary and more pillows needed. The passageway light did not work.

Location, staff, forniture, possibility of a later check out (at 12 am) and air conditioning.

The fact that there was no small fridge in the room: it would have been useful to keep water fresh since the day was very hot.

the bathroom is not in the room. You get a key and need to go out from the room into a common area and then go to your bathroom. the chair is broken (not for sitting).

the bedroom I got was nothing like the one on the website. it is dark and small. it has a small window with bars that look to a dirty light well.

I liked the fact that the location is in the main centre and it is easliy accessible with most f the transports and busses available in the city. It was a clean and neat room , with toilet and independent heating. Overall, the house was decent and well look after. The staff was very welcoming , and overall reachable.

I will start with some minor issues: 1) the stairs leading to the main room were not in good condition , the space left from one wall to another was around 90/110 cm and it was occupied with tiles and cements used for ongoing working. Those who have big luggage could have troubles to move in. However this was only an occasional thing and I believe the issue must have been dealt. 2) the owner or the person incharge has provided a number on booking which was different from the one used to contact the guest of the premises. Knowing that it was a problem to some extent to reach the owner to change the timing of check in. However , once there was a first contact, further connections were easy and good. The main issue is with the room itself which as a room was good, but it was facing an internal yard , some neighbours have put some noisy fans you could hear through the window that are turned on all day and all night. During the day you may ignore the noise of the fans, even though they are quiet annoying as the noise is very strong. But during the night it is a nightmare to sleep, even with the closed windows you can hear the noise of the fans or I airventilators that are on. A practical solution I have adopted was to waer some earplugs which reduced the noise to some extent, however, withouth those earplugs , sleeping calmly would be a tough challenge.

The location is perfect, 1 Minute to the Piazza Duomo. Parking not available, but 5 Minutes away a big parking where you pay only 1€ per night. Big room, everything clean and quiet neighborhood. Breakfast option in 2 coffee places (Cappuccino and croissant) very italian but ok.

Unfortunatelly the bed was very hard and I did not sleep for 2 nights. But there are some people who might like this.
