The location is close to the Colosseum and about 20-30 mins walk to centre of tourist interest like Trevi Fountain, Spanish Steps, etc. We like walking so this is not an issue for us, but during Summer I don't think the walk would be convenience under the heat:-) Surrounding area is a bit quiet.

The room comes with washing machine but we could not find the detergent and no one in the reception area most of the time. Also there are some leftover food (some kind of yoghurt) in the room. The lighting is a bit dark but we are out almost all day so no worries too.

it was so clean and good location. The sofa bed was nice, we chilled out at the end of the night with the kids and pulled out the sofa bed and watched movies.

Clean modern apartment with air conditioning/heating. We came during winter so we used the heating, which worked very well. The beds were very comfortable. There were spacious wardrobes in the bedrooms. The bathrooms were good, with enough towels for the four of us. There was a large kitchenette with dishwasher, oven, electric hob, fridge, microwave, moka pot for making coffee. There was no other means of making coffee but hey - you're in Italy and might as well learn how to use a moka pot or just get some excellent Italian coffee in one of the cafés in the neighbourhood. Talking about the neighbourhood, the location was very convenient - not too close to the center but also everything that counts in walking distance or easily reachable by underground. There are a few underground stations within short walking distance. Termini station is also not to far to walk, even with luggage. If you are flying in via Ciampino airport there are coaches which can take you to Termini. There are quite a few shops nearby - for example Conad, a good supermarket. There are also many restaurants in the area.

The main thing that bothered me was the lack of hangers around the door. There was no place to hang our coats so we had to use the chairs for that. The kitchen was also somewhat lacking in accessories for washing dishes by hand. It had a soap and sponge but I could not find a dish towel so we bought some kitchen towels to get us through the stay. The en-suite shower in the master bedroom was a bit on the smaller side but that was the only downside to it.

Perfect location near the Colosseum, very clean, kitchen equipped with everything needed, close to a supermarket, very helpful and informative staff that book us a taxi back to the air port in a short notice.

To add hanging hooks for Jackets (at the entrance) and also for hand towels at the bathroom.
