Place was Amazing 🤩 me and family have really awesome time together 🥰 after we walk in to that place we decided to stay and do not even go to Nottingham 😃 . Dinner and Breakfast really lovely, The room was comfy, clean and just as it said on the tin! Excellent.

I felt very honoured to be the first to stay in my room 3 after it had been refurbished. The room was perfect for one with comfy single bed, great TV and superb ensuite facilities. Thank you

Breakfast was chosen off the menu....and therefore, no choice of cereals as well as hot full english. I also found it a little difficult to find this accommodation as the sat nav did not take me all the way and I was concerned that I had missed it.

Pleasant room. Very comfortable bed. Good shower.

No cereal at breakfast. And no toast and marmalade. To get internet I had to sign up with O2 which I was reluctant to do. As I required internet accesss I had no choice. On occasion rather noisy in the corridor outside bedroom but fine during the night.

Excellent shower and room was clean and tidy. Breakfast was very good with some different choices. Very quiet location set back from the road.

Was a nice location tucked out of the way but still close enough to the city. The man that checked us in was very friendly and welcoming. Room was very nice and clean and the bed was massive and very comfortable.

Was fine for us for one night. However, if we were staying for a bit longer I think the size of the room may have been a little too small. Was more than sufficient for a couple for the night though.

the entry lobby to the rooms and the ascent on the stairs does not give a good impression . there were some odd details on the bathroom - the two on the sink was a bath tap which soaked me to the skin when I first turned it on ; and the toilet roll was at ground / floor level

Easy check in, pleasant staff. Breakfast was excellent.

Rooms and corridors in desperate need of some tlc. Bedding smelt musty like it hadn't been aired properly, Quite a few cobwebs and dust in the room. Cleaning not undertaken to a high enough standard. Shame because location excellent for us visiting family and will book elsewhere next time.

Nice characterful building, decent sized rooms, well priced food, good facilities in the room, good location.

It would be REALLY REALLY REALLY helpful if it could be made clearer that this inn has several different names - Innkeeper's Lodge, Lowdham; Innkeeper's Collection, Lowdham; Vintage Inns, Lowdham; and the Springfield Inn, as when we arrived and said we were looking for the Innkeeper's Lodge the receptionist looked at us as if we were stupid (something that we do seem to experience in hotels that are a bit more off the beaten tourist track and more "local"). So please, could something be done to make that number of different names just a bit clearer?!

Breakfast was very good. Very comfortable room, would stay again when attending a music venue in Lowdham.
