The location was exceptional. The room was very good and the coffee/tea/soap etc were fantastic. A very pleasant stay

Staff were very attentive from moment of arrival. We had a issue with one of rooms which they did try to do their upmost best to fix but unfortunately the hotel was full. It was no problem though as the rooms were clean, comfortable and nicely decorated. My mum also unfortunately had a bad fall in the town to which the staff guided us to the nearest hospital with printed out information and kindly allowed us to borrow their wheelchair and continue to be parked at the hotel even once checked out. Have been there twice now and both experiences have been wonderful. Perfect sea view hotel! 10/10, well done 😁

Breakfast on site was good. Location opposite beach excellent. Free parking on site. Very dog friendly. Great power shower. Room was kept nice and warm at all times good sizes radiator.
Room a little small. Felt claustrophobic as windows were frosted. Only one chair in the room to sit on and no blind at the bathroom window. Pillows very hard.

Traditional hotel with ground floor pub & ample parking. right next to beach, but suitable distance away from busy town centre. Had booked a single room, but bathroom light wasn't working, so owners kindly moved me to a nicer & larger room

It was all clean and we did not feel unsafe. Position excellent.
It was all a bit battered, paintwork chipped and damaged in most places. Furnishings tired.

Loved the location and the flexibility with food and drink availability, the bar was good and it was really friendly.
Bed was a bit uncomfortable for me, a bit firm, but for others it might be fine.

The rooms were a lot better than I expected and nice and clean too. We had a tv in each bedroom which was unexpected but very welcome. The staff were very friendly and welcoming too. We would stay there again.
Noise from a wedding reception on Friday night, it would of been nice to be warned about that especially as we were leaving early Saturday morning. Fire doors in the corridor didn’t close so we were not able to block the noise.

location great, rooms nice and clean, staff friendly and helpful great car park
we had booked 2 rooms and requested for them to be close together but unfortunately they were on different floors.

Location was excellent next to beach , food was good value for money and staff were very helpful and friendly.
The decor needed touching up and finishing off. Some of the furniture was abit dated, and some areas needed a lick of paint.

location was stunning room was clean but taps in sink were not running properly. Toilet would not flush
choice of meats in main meal were not to my liking would have enjoyed a choice of turkey or chicken but the evening buffet was absolutely fantastic .
