The Customer service as lead by the GM David and his team is exceptional. The breakfast buffet was an 11 out of 10. Loving the room sizes and two double beds in the twin rooms too. Complementary transport to Canton Fair very convenient. Beautifully located next to the Central Park area and walking distance to Canton Tower. Many restaurants and food options near by. When Guangzhou I couldn’t imagine staying anywhere else!

instant coffee was missing

there was a 20 mins wait at the checkin counter. Breakfast was average, room was old and dated. disappointing experience.

The rooms are not soundproof as advertised and there seems to a drainage problem as the toilet smelt bad.

I like that they took money for nothing.

I already sent change dates request from booking.com web site and I got information from booking.com for sent message. but they didn't respond and take the money for nothing. They are not checking their email and taking your money. Good for getting easy money.

The receptionist was very nice and even did in upgrade for my room

I booked this hotel mainly because of the swimming pool which was supposed to be warm year round but I found it cold. Breakfast is my happy time but I felt like they were detectives trying to catch me steal. Did not feel comfortable at all with the unhappiness of the staff. And the room was cold and I tried to set the ac on heat but it did not work

Great location for Turkish food and malls

Steam bath is broken 1 week , Canton bus stop is not convenient and only water compliment , in room electricty was broken .. broken lights fixed in midnight upon our request ... there is no easy housekeeping contact.. i used lift for contact...!
