服务员态度很好，很热情帮我解决问题。房间干净卫生，床垫软硬适中睡得很舒服，隔音也很好，一觉睡到天亮

Room and breakfast are normal.Location is OK. Buses station close by. MTR is 15 minutes walking distance.

Staffs are not able to supply informations of the surrounding area or transport.

I stayed in a Deluxe king room. It was effectively a 5 star quality room, large space around 35 sq. m with a spacious bathroom, work desk and lounge chair with small coffee table. The room had a nice view from the large wall window. Breakfast is available and while typically Chinese cuisine the food served caters for all tastes. The hotel location was good with a beautiful park directly opposite that has amazing children’s amusement facilities and an attached public swimming pool. Located on a relatively quiet road but within walking distance to local area shops, restaurants with about an 600 m walk to the nearest Metro station. The Guangzhou Zoo is a 10 minute walk away and we’ll worth a visit.

The lack of a hotel restaurant is somewhat an inconvenience, however there are numerous restaurants close by so it was not really a major problem.

they should have atleast one speaking English staff at reception.Was very difficult to communicate

Wifi did not work , not fixed after complaining , needed wifi for work and family connection, not provided Will never think of booking there again

the hotel and the rooms are nice, good bathtub

the room smell to cigarettes. when I asked for a change, they offered another one that smelled even worse. being a non smoker, that was very annoying. also, no one at the hotel spoke entitling, which made the communication very difficult, although they were using the translator and trying to help us no airport pick up offered :(

The room was spacious and very comfortable. I would like to commend your staff Mae/May she helped me a lot since I don’t have a WeChat pay to be able to watch the movie and also she was very proactive by helping me print an important document I needed the next day. Please send my thanks to her. She was a great staff she took me beyond my expectations for the hotel she was a keeper! Keep it up. I will definitely stay here again once if I ever come back to Guangzhou 🙂👍

The breakfast selection was quite few. And Windows on the restaurant should be cleaned every time it was very dusty.

Very friendly staff and helpful... not only did they upgraded my room for free... but call me to get back my left over spare phone within 5 mins I step out of the building...
