Allowed dogs and cats to stay with us on the room

Room was a typical Ibis city centre room, clean, tidy but quite small. Parking was outdoor but with a security gate. 10 minute walk to the centre of Bayonne, just over the river. Staff very friendly.

Twin beds were very narrow but comfortable.

We arrived by bus close to midnight so 24 hour reception was essential

The meal in the restaurant was not so good, microwaved main meal and the dessert was still partially frozen. It was not value for money.

Friendly staff. Ok location for city. We only had 1 night and hotel was just what we needed. Handy parking facilities was very useful

Great location, only 15 mins walk to the city centre. Parking is easy. Excellent breakfast and the staff were very accommodating with our two dogs. We could just about see the river & city from our room. The hotel public spaces are very nice and the staff super helpful.

It’s an Ibis and the rooms are compact and you have to accept that. We felt the hotel is a bit mean with the bathroom towels, 1 bath mat & two thin small bath towels, no hand towels!

We were met by two cheerful faces, who went on to show us the popular toueist spots within the town. We were also assisted by an Angel called Margo, who will always be remembered for her help at a difficult time. We will always be thankful for your unexpected and sincere help in getting to Toulouse..sending you our love and respect 🙏

The breakfast was very nice. The staff is quite friendly.

Not so close to the city center but walkable. The bathroom often smelled bad probably from the pipes.

Great breakfast but maybe thats just France, everything else is very average. The service was kind.

On the first night (thursday) i could not use the restaurant because it was fully booked by a group. On friday and saturday they don't open the restaurant because there is only one chef and it is his days off on friday and saturday.
