Manager was very welcoming. He sat me down and offered me fruit juice to cool down while going over the paperwork. He gave me a quick tour and showed me my cottage. It was so clean and comfortable looking. The beds in each room (2) was neatly made and the air-condition was on full blast. I'll say this location is for those who really want a quiet, cool place with character. I loved the compound, the trees, the little walkways with trees around the cottage reminds me of camping yet has character and a real feeling of relaxation with it. The location is not at the beach but close enough and a shuttle takes you and picks you up any time u want between 8am to 5pm. Paras, the security was very helpful shuttling me to the beach and back. He also made sure I had anything I needed before he left. He also showed up immediately when ever he was called to pick up. I had little to no expectations but the warm welcome, the attentiveness to guests request and going the extra mile for guests won me over. I'll recommend this resort for everyone but know what you're going there for as this facility is really really relaxing and quiet with less traffic which is good for getting away from everything noisy. Thank you so much, I'll be back.

A car ride required to get to the bare bones accommodation at the beach. Food was subpar and overpriced.

We loved our cottage. The beds and pull out couch were all some of the most comfortable we've had and we travel a lot. All of the staff were friendly and helpful. We loved that we were given a cell phone to call for taxis as needed when we were out. We didn't go to the beach much but there is a driver to take you to and from at no cost. We are a family of five and eating out is expensive. There's a grocery store within walking distance and everything you need in the room to make your own meals; however, the food at the on-site restaurant is good as well.

We ate a couple of times at the restaurant. I was shocked with how small the pasta entrée was, it looked more like a side, but it was delicious.

our little house was a paradise! gorgeous garden which we enjoyed immensely ! the staff is very helpful and polite. the vacation was extremely pleasant.

it was clean, you can take great pictures on the property. the staff was friendly. Richard and ms Winnie were easier to understand.

The rooms are much smaller than the picture, we kept bumping our legs at the edge of the bed. Each rooms has one bed, however the advertisements claim it accommodate 2-6 people. Upon arrive the lady brought all of us drink which she later charged. We did not order or ask for the drinks but was charged for it, we were not told we would be charge for it. The phone in the room can only be used to call the facility or else you will be billed for local calls. there's no tv in the rooms, no mirrors. one very tiny bathroom. the stand up shower can only accommodate one person. the "free shuttle bus," only takes you to the beach. I ordered the duck, I asked for it to be cooked more, thru picked up brought it back the same way. I ask for it to be redone before I tried to eat it. I was stuck with it, I tasted it and I did not like it, for expensive food I should get better service.

The stay was okay. The property is well kept.

location was excellent - minutes to the beach or shops. 2 bedroom villa was exactly the size needed for our getaway. staff went above and beyond, food and drinks were perfection. cannot wait to return!

More reasonable price for hotel on Providenciales. Not on the beach but not an issue for us. They do have their own beach nearby with lounges. We liked the 2 separate bedrooms. Nice terrace with view as our villa was higher up an clear view. Friendly and helpful staff and appreciated the late check out. All in all served our purpose as a base for a weekend visit.

Bathroom was on the small side and bit dated. Disappointing that beach lounges & umbrellas were cleared up around 5pm so way before sunset. Bring your own drinks or overpay at the hotel next door. Def rent a car.

Absolutely loved Kokomo! We loved being in a prime location, just minutes from the beach. The restaurant and pool is such an added bonus! Wenie and the staff are incredible and super helpful.
