This was perfect for our group. Nice, central ocation close to many things! My only complaint was that there was no salt/pepper that I coud find in the place for cooking. would highly recommend!

The house is in a great area about 10 minutes from the main tourist area. The location is secluded with a small amount of other houses. The place was amazing and fit my entire group. Would recommend

The first thing we noticed when we got the the house was how clean everything was. And how high up on a hill it was giving us the best view! Indira was quick to respond on WhatsApp..we had a small issue a couple of days in and she had someone come and fix it and also let us check out alittle later on the day we were leaving. Close to everything, gorgeous views and the pool was perfect.

Great House and pictures do not do it justice. Beautiful views and pool was great for kids. Located pretty conveniently to everything but still very private area. Babysitting services were great as well.

We had a group of 7 to celebrate a 50th birthday and this house was perfect! Plenty of room to come together and hang out, and to have privacy when wanted. The rooms and beds were all quite comfortable, and the house was immaculately clean. We also really enjoyed the privacy of the property overall as there is plenty of greenery and space to separate the home from adjacent properties. The views from the house are breathtaking and we especially enjoyed the second floor deck to star gaze at night. You’ll see a fair amount of shooting stars if you do this! Do beware of the mosquitos though and bring some cans of Off, especially if it has just stormed (Fiona had just passed by prior to our arrival). Our concierge, Indira, was super responsive to all of our inquiries and made some really good suggestions for dining and activities. Our group had an amazing time and wished we could stay longer! We would definitely book this property again and I’ve already recommended it to others who are interested in visiting T&C.

This house exceeded our expectations. The 360 views and outdoor area were amazing. It was great to come home to the pool after a long day at the beach. There was a total of 8 of us and we all had plenty of space in the house. The kitchen was a great size to entertain and cook. Indy was very responsive. If we had any issues maintenance would be there asap. During our stay we were able to use the Royal West Indies resort which saved us from having to rent chairs which was a plus. Everything was within 10-20 minutes of the house including restaurants and grocery stores. I would definitely stay at this house again!

This house was beautiful, the views are unbelievable we had the best time at the house..The pool was nice the beds were very comfortable theres plenty of room to get away and sit by yourself. We were close to Grace Bay, basically close to everything we loved it did not want to leave and go home... thank you Indria 😊

The overall property was very nice and clean, a couple of odds an ends could use updating. The steps are very steep and the air conditioning was hard to keep up but overall a great property. Clean and ready for use. The view doesn't disappoint and Indira was vey helpful with everything.

Our stay at The Guest House was fantastic. We thoroughly enjoyed the amenities at the house, and really appreciated the access to the local resort for beach days as well. Indi’s assistance on recommendations for local restaurants and attractions was very much appreciated.

The pool area and the views are the key features of this house. My two teenage daughters loved the pool. Inside it is clean and we appreciated each bedroom having its own bath. Our only concern with the house was the stairs. They are super steep and open. Because of that, I wouldn’t recommend the house for families with small children or older adults in your party.

We had an amazing experience. The privacy is amazing and great golden hour shots from the balcony! Access to the beach was easy (just a short drive, with resort umbrellas available) and there was ample space for everyone to enjoy. Kitchen is well-equipped. Though things were a little more dated than the photos, we really had no complaints. A wonderful spot for families.

Great place to spend with the girls for my birthday. Indi was more than accomadating well before we even arrived! Thanks again for a wonderful stay!

This property was everything described and the pics don’t do it justice. Perfectly secluded and private, yet only 5-10 minutes to the shops and beach. Info was a wonderful host and very helpful. I would definitely book this property again.

This was the perfect spot for me and my group to celebrate my birthday, everything was as described and was incredibly clean. Indira was super responsive and couldn’t have been more helpful!! I can’t wait to come back

I honestly can’t say enough good things about our time in Turks & Caicos. This house was perfect for our girls trip and looks exactly like the listing. We will definitely be back to take a couples trip.

This house is identical to the pictures as well as the views. We spent one day just enjoying the house and the pool with a chef. Chef Justin is who I highly recommend if you are looking for one. The house was maybe a 5-10 minute drive to a supermarket, pharmacy, and a place called wine cellar ( liquor store). It was a 15 minute drive to Grace bay which is where we spent a lot of our time shopping, bar hopping, and hanging out. Housekeeping did a great job cleaning for us to enter the home. One thing I would fix is the heat on the dryer having some issues but other than that the place was perfect . I will be returning again with friends.

Amazing property with every amenity and the most magnificent views. Within 10 minutes of resorts, restaurants and beaches. Spacious, clean and comfortable. Indy is the best concierge. Pool and outside areas are beautiful, comfortable and well planned out. Enjoy.
