Just amazing place with a lot of space, well equipped kitchen… and big grassy terrace with pool :)

Rooster crowing early every morning in close and far neighborhoods. But it probably belongs here...

We had a perfect stay in February, just before COVID-19. The house, garden, swimming pool, views ... all was amazing. We really liked it a lot. Highly recommended! Ana: thank you very much for your good care, including sending back the lost watch of our son.

Some reading lights in the living room would be useful.

Many thanks to Ana, who helped us with everything we needed! We were absolutly happy with our stay. House and garden are beautiful, the view is amazing. The location is perfect for two families. You will have a good time! Ponta do Sol is a nice, little village where you find sympathetic cheap restaurants (Pizzeria Sol Doce) as well as more touristic places. The "beach" is very stony, you need shoes to go into the water. There is a sand beach in the next village, but we didn't try this. To Funchal it takes about 20 minutes by car. For this house you need a car, because it is in the upper village and Madeira is really, really cliffy!

For german habits, the mattresses are a little bit hard.

Very spacious and comfortable house in the quiet area on a hill, perfect for big family or group of friends. Amazing pool and view. Perfect value for money. Very nice and helpful owners - Ana arranged rent a car and taxi to the airport for us. When we had a gas problem, she solved it in an hour. Excellent service! Fully equipped kitchen with everything needed. Fast wifi.
