the properties management/ hotel owner went out of his way, above and beyond to assists us. the location and hotels rooms were exceptional.

The hotel is a real gem! Hidden behind ancient walls of beautiful Jaffo. The view is magnificent and the hotel feels like home. The bathroom size was almost as big as the rooms itself with huge bathtub in the middle. The bed was super comfortable. Complementary drinks and fruits are available 24/7. The terrace over the see is a magical place, particularly at the sunset. The. hotel staff is wonderful, very helpful in every way. The stay was a real highlight of my trip.

MUST STAY! A true hidden gem. Phenomenal location in old Jaffa, — we weren’t sure about it but booked anyway, and to our delight it was our favorite hotel on our trip to Israel. Stunning deck overlooking old Jaffa port. Spacious rooms with luxurious bathrooms. Free coffee and tea in the dining area. The best part of our trip to Israel!

Lovely stay at Casa Nova. Beautiful rooms and the view was simply stunning. Perfect location in the old town of Jaffa and within walking distance of lovely coffee shops and the sights of Jaffa. Guy was really accomodating and ensured we had the best stay possible.

Communication with the owner, Guy, was smooth and responsive from even before I arrived. He gave me easy instructions on getting in. The location is mesmerizing as the hotel is the in the heart of the old port of Jaffa, and as I walked down the alley, I could get the feel of the hotel through the feel of the old city. I liked the hotel from the main entrance door. and also the main entrance door. I liked the easy access keyless system that is safe and responsive. The staff is wonderful and kind and ready to provide with what I needed. The view, well, that is something that words won't do justice. One must experience Jaffa's sunsets from the main porch of the hotel that overlooks the Mediterranean, where to the right is a skyline of Tel Aviv and to the left, the old Jaffa port. Breathtaking. Guy is a super nice and he was kind enough to share with me the ancient history of the building. Overall, I enjoyed every minute.

What a fantastic stay!!! Casa Nova is truly a delight and exceeded my wife's expectations (a lovely surprise for her!). Guy, the owner and manager, could not be more helpful and genuine and really went out of his way on a couple of occasions for our benefit. If you want a wonderfully intimate stay in a charming part of Tel Aviv, away from the commercial and corporate hotels, you couldn't find a better spot!

Just be prepared that Jaffa, in general, has a less cell/internet reception but we got along fine.

Casa Nova's location is A+. Wow. It is right there next to the sea. The patio has a spectacular view of the sea. The owner is so attentive, proactive, friendly, and helpful.

If you are renting a vehicle I don't know how you would be able to stay here but that was not relevant for me.

!. The view, sitting on the deck of the hotel, is spectacular. The picture of that is what sold me on the hotel, and it was just as I hoped. Each morning I'd have my coffee looking at the ocean and the Jaffa port to the left (south) and the city of Tel Aviv (north) on the right. 2. The location is perfect. Right in Jaffa and very easy to walk to most places in Tel Aviv (along the water). 3. Everything about the facilities was excellent. Clean, quiet, well-managed. Guy got in touch with me beforehand and stayed in touch. There is no "24 hour desk" but he said to call him anytime, 24/7 for anything. Some rooms have balconies and some do not. One (upstairs) has a balcony WITH a view. (I didn't stay there. My balcony was on the ground floor and pleasant but no view.) You might want to ask for the room with balcony upstairs. Overall, I was very happy with my choice and would strongly recommend this as a place to stay.

Some others have commented on the lack of breakfast. I chose between this hotel and another I stayed in before that had amazing breakfasts, and for me the view of the sea was worth not having breakfast. There is coffee, milk, and snacks available anytime. I would have loved breakfast (and it's also a chance to meet people), but I can see how that would be very hard for a small hotel like this to offer breakfast. The one suggestion I would make is to offer a greater variety of snacks. There could be fresh orange juice in the refrigerator and fresh bread delivered each morning and maybe some more interesting pastry-type snacks. That's the only suggestion I can make for improvement.
