Location was great...room was nice and comfortable and security on room was fantastic..love the keypad lock

spacious room, modern facilities and comfort, tidy and cleanliness, friendly staff, very good wifi connection, quite, close to groceries and just about 15 min drive to Egmont National Park
car park a little bit tricky; it might be better with diagonal parking line, shower hose too rigid, no luggage bench available, the dining chair/workbench chair too low, hand shop not available

Close to where my seminar was, easy walk to town centre too. Easy to find being on the main road
No managers on-site, felt slightly weary travelling alone as a female. Noisy neighbours the 2nd night.

Checking in was easy with automated service.
Our room was warm, clean, fairly modern and parking was great as it was just outside our room.
The blackout blinds were much appreciated.
The kitchenette had everything we needed.
I think a mat on the inside of the door to minimise slippery floor when it has been raining.
The motel information folder was a clear read.
Check out was easy too.

The shower head could not be positioned to the correct spot above me. The materials it was made of (stiff hose like material), I suspect, was the reason it would only sit in the cradle a certain way, which was to face the shower wall only. The shower pressure was perfect, though.
The kingsize bed was not that comfortable for hubby, but i had a great comfortable sleep.

Found a couple of the mugs had prior stains but otherwise okay and still had other options to choose from.
While the check in process wasn't an issue for me, I had to assist an elderly guest who was getting quite flustered and upset at not being to self-checkin
Netflix wasn't working so I assume prior guest had logged our when instructions were to not log out of the motel account
Otherwise it was a great stay and we will recommend it for sure!

Booking.com lied to me in a direct message. Told me I booked a king spa room with bath!
I booked a king room... this motel did not offer spa baths.
Motel was great about it, when I couldn't locate the bath....
