the location is amazing, the breakfast was also fantastic with plenty of options.

Unfortunately the check-in process was just cold. There were no greeting or any small talk. The front office lady was on the phone or talking to her colleague while checking us in, which make us feel unwelcome.

Beautiful, new hotel. Near to the beach. Good breakfast. SPA, gym, swimming pools. Great and comfortable room.

The hotel is very well located overlooking the sea. If you arrive by car, parking can be a problem. The room was lovely. Breakfast was very good and the staff were friendly and helpful. Room service was very good.

Unfortunately, the hotel has a very clinical feel with practically no decoration, art or paintings visible. Also, the shower floor is very slippery, so if you have balance issues, be aware.

Room description on Booking.com was misrepresented. Many of the Jr Suite pictures in the ad showed ocean views. Our Jr Suite views were of the street and alley and apartments next to the hotel. Front desk said there were no guarantees we would have ocean - sea view even though the room was listed as view room. Totally misrepresented description. The 2 couples I was traveling with were VERY disappointed considering many of the the on-line pictures showed sea views. Bugs everywhere - hire an exterminator - bugs on the bed thanks to the chocolate left at night. Bugs on the floor next to the closet. I have videos if you'd like to see them. No privacy - large window next to main entry door to room had NO curtain. I exited shower and went to check to see if remembered to lock the front door, turned around and the neighbors next door were looking in the window - they had complete view inside the room - NO PRIVACY. Resort needs to change policy or establish a policy against saving-reserving lounge chairs. Many times we went to front pool area where only a few people were present, but ALL of the lounge chairs had towels on them. They were saved, reserved by guests. New policy should be NO SAVING LOUNGE CHAIRS - if you aren't in the chair it can not be reserved.

Hotel made a mess of my reservation

Great value for money. Two pool are a real bonus. We loved how close it was to the beach and loved the main pool area as there were loads of sun beds and the bar food was reasonably priced and tasty.

Doors slam very loud. Young teens arriving late and frolicking around after midnight. Very loud and doors slam waking us up.

Breakfast staff excellent, location good.

Receptionist on arrival was poor and gave bad information. Reception and other areas of the hotel smelled badly of foul drains. Not enough sun beds and parasols to facilitate the amount of guests.

i was expecting a bit more from an adults only hotel: breakfast only until 10:30 am and you were not allowed to have room service or take the coffee with you in the room.The bar was closing super early.

staff could be ‘warmer’ quite basic service, no warmness at all. I did not feel that they wanted to engage with customers. impossible to get iron to the room and finally when we got one it was broken. No control at all at the infinity pool area as all sun beds were taken by ppl who actually decided to leave the hotel for hours. They had a sign that sin beds can not be reserved but no one was actually controlling that.

Doors close at 1am and staff member needs to open the door for you as there is no automated process where you scan your room card to get in. Reception seemed understaffed, was queuing a lot but the Spanish never seem to be in a rush :) Poor WiFi in room. We asked for an ashtray for our balcony and were told it’s a non smoking hotel and we won’t be getting an ashtray. Pool on 1st floor felt dirty a few times.

The room was very good and have nice views. Breakfast was was tasty and with lots of options. Very friendly and profesional staff.

The top pool is not managed properly. People queue 1 hour before it opens leave the towels and then come back after. People arriving later find all the spots used, but without people and just towels. I believe a good idea that these towels should be taken by the members of the staff. Not having parking is a disadvantage. Rooms are a little expensive.

It was clean, tidy and well located.

There was one staff member on reception that routinely didn't know what to do in certain situations. Paying for the room was tricky for him as he only knew one way to take payment, this was very stressful as there was pressure on us to then find a way to pay. Luckily, a lady knew. The top pool situation needs to change as people queue for up to an hour to get a bed in a morning, pre 9.30am. After this people can just turn up and have your beds if your gone for 20 mins or more. Our bathroom was literally in our room, like a studio, despite having paid to upgrade the room. The toilet had a glass door unsealed at the top and bottom. Very awkward. £1480 for a week. Needs re-thinking that cost.

The pool was not deep enough. and the smaller pool area was allways full, people put towells on the sun beds as soon as the pool area opens and then dissapears for hours. thats not acceptable, even if there was a note on the door window that its prohibited to do that the bartender did nothing

Check-in took over 30 minutes even there were no one else before us. Reception tried to overcharge us over 40€ also gave us wrong room type as we had booked a Sea View room but they gave us first partly Sea View. next time I will definitely choose another hotel.

Breakfast is quite expensive if you didn't book it all inclusive. The charge a deposit for towel and 1 pound for dry cleaning them. No parking if you are a driver and get back late to hotel. People queuing to reserve a Sunbed at the front of the hotel. They're are no gestures from the staff if you are asking for something.
