The arrival arrangement after hours.
The TV channels does not work. Some biscuits on arrival would have been nice as shops were closed already

Unit was clean and the bed was comfortable, linen was clean but worn.
Everything we needed was there.
Netflix a nice bonus.
Booked at address with pool and garden, received a SMS to go to different address....no pool, no garden.
No water facility in kitchen...had to fill the kettle in the bathroom.
Suggest a loadshedding schedule be provided, the lights worked but no early morning coffee due to load shedding. If we knew when to expect loadshedding we would have got up 10 minutes earlier.

Road leading to the guess house not user friendly for all types of vehicles unless the GPS took me wrong route

Nice and quiet B&B.
More attention of staff and especially management for guests. It feels strange if owner is passing guests by without a single greeting while being greeted.
Offering of breakfast could be a nice addtion in the package.

The best check in service I've experienced yet. The host was very communicative before the check in process and personally went through everything I needed to know upon arriving for my stay. Short notice booking however everything went smooth especially for a booking on the last day of the year- even putting on the air condition in advance in 34 degree weather. Very much appreciative of the hosts kindness and efforts. Will be back on my next road trip for an overnight stay. The pool and the location is serene with amazing sunset views and close to shops.

The staff were friendly and the room was comfortable.
They only provided a quarter roll of toilet paper.
I advised however the staff assured me that I would find more in the room but there wasn't anything there.
Also there was an open container of milk in the fridge which was gone off.
