Colazione sarebbe da implementare nella scelta di opzioni salate oltre che dolci

La posizione ottima,la camera perfetta

Non mi è piaciuta la colazione,abbiamo preso camera con colazione,ma abbiamo scoperto che la colazione era nel bar accanto alla struttura e si poteva prendere o solo una bevanda e un dolce o salato..tutto molto essenziale....tutto cio lo abbiamo scoperto sul posto..non era precisato nella prenotazione..

The location of Il Cassello was incredible, with a beautiful panoramic view. It was very clean and extremely well kept! Nice & classic style apartment.

Although they were nice, it was difficult to communicate with the host. The phone numbers provided didn’t work and they were a bit slow to respond through messages here on booking. In the summer, it is extremely hot as one can imagine - there was no air conditioning in this apartment & no screens on the windows which was tricky because there a lot of lizards, stag beetles & other critters we didn’t want to invite inside! The only other major complaint was parking. There is no free parking close by even though that was advertised. We had to pay everyday to park which averaged to 12-14 euros a day.

Very nice place in the centre of Pienza.

It is at the center and from the windows,there’s a magnificent panorama.

There was no Wi-Fi, & no signal from the cellphone. Our upstairs neighbors were so noisy.

The location was good and the room was comfortable

Caterina was most helpful pre-check-in as well as during our three night stay. The restaurant below Al Fierale and 5 Line across the B&B were excellent The breakfast was wonderful and the location excellent for visiting Pienza and the beautiful surrounding Tuscan country side. Highly recommend!
