Everything! The house and the room look even better than in the pictures on here. The private spa is a dream.

I loved everything, full of amenities, there was even a hair straightener and a sleep mask. Soaps, hair conditioner, just everything you might need. The bed was extremely comfortable. The spa downstairs is fabulous!

We loved everything about this place. The location is fantastic, right in the heart of Pienza and just steps away from many great restaurants and shops and sunset views. The area is excellent for sightseeing and driving through Tuscany! The host greeted us upon arrival and welcomed us into the B&B. Gave us recommendations on what to see and do in the area, movie sights you can visit as well as the locations of famous Tuscan photographs and any drives you may want to take. Also the restaurant and cafe recommendations are excellent! Best Tiramisu and Aperol Spritz can be found at a little pizzeria on the main walkway through town. The apartment is fully furnished with great amenities and the best part is waking up to fresh croissants delivered to our door every morning. The hosts put a lot of thought into their guests stay and experience and it shows. This is a lovely place and would absolutely stay here again in the future.

Everything it was very cosy and well furnished

The attic studio with balcony was perfect. Cozy, beautifully decorated and the balcony overlooking the town was great. The bathroom with a tub and super good shower was great too. Location excellent in the middle of the old town.

The location is great, and so was the room. The only issue was the really poor breakfast and the bathroom that smelt like damp. Otherwise, we had a nice stay in this B&B.

Super nice location. Apartment was extremely beautiful. Host is really helpful and friendly. He gave us a lot of tips about what to do around Pienza. Breakfast is quite limited but croissant was amazing.

We stayed in the loft and the room was spectacular. The room exceeded my expectations and the terrace was beautiful. Definitely stay here if you have the opportunity. We could walk to everything and our hostess was so helpful

Great balcony with awesome views over Pienza. Comfy bed, good air con, wonderful bathroom. lovely location and easy to park. We would stay again.

The towels, bath matts and bath robes all had that damp smell which was a bit of a shame. Breakfast was fine, a bit limited and it would have been nice to have been offered more ‘proper’ coffees as the instant stuff in the room was a bit grim.

Great Location. Really liked the ambiente of the room. We had great couple of days there and really enjoyed the vibe of our room. Breakfast was delivered to the room every morning at the time we desired. We had the top appartement, there is no elevator but I guess due to the fact that the building is in the middle of the center, you can assume that.

excellent location and fantastic hostess. very clean and nicely decorated accommodation. just steps from the sites in pienza and a large variety of great restaurants and cafes.

This place was awesome. Pienza is great, apartment in the center of town and the bed was really comfy.

Room view was great and location was fantastic.

Service was not friendly at all - I did not feel welcome compared to how other guests were treated. No coffee facility in the room so besides the one tiny espresso you are served at breakfast there is nothing else - for the price we paid I would have expected morez
