Fairly clean, amenities are ok. Walkable distance to the tram stop

Tv and Netflix wasn’t working which I communicated to staff the day I was leaving. There was no evening service to fix the issue. The balcony view was of another building. The lighting a little dim for the rooms.

Apartment was a good size and in an excellent location

Staff provided phone charger for the duration of my stay.

WiFi was patchy, but I understand it will be upgraded soon.

Great position, close to hospital, restaurants and food outlets. The staff were amazing, very friendly, helpful and professional.

Great location, clean, modern facilities for a great price. Highly recommend for anyone wanting to stay near MCG or Rod Laver.

Not that I expected anything but the view from my room was an alleyway, only thing I can think of which wasn't great.

TV works for 5 mins then fuzzy all night. Shower head need fixing badly. Pouring water with little sprinkle. Rangehood works for a while then doesn’t work. The mattress is hard and had bad sleep for 2 nights. Woke up with a sore back!

Uitstekend en comfortabel bed.

Locatie viel tegen, weinig restaurants inde directe omgeving. Alleen met openbaar vervoer (bus en tram) is de stad bereikbaar. De foto’s van de hotelkamer beloven meer dan wordt aangeboden. Geen bank, geen leunstoelen, kleine keuken, weinig middelen om een maaltijd te bereiden.

Location to Aami park was good.

The car parking spaces were quite small. Had to let passenger out before parking.

Lovely big rooms with space to spread out and properly relax. A little bit out of town but the tram system is just outside.

We went to a concert at AAMI Park, so it was a nice walk there and back. Great location near terrific restaurants and pubs in Richmond. Clean, welcoming staff, great facilities.

tried to overcharge us for 3 people stay when 3 were booked, then overcharged on arrival, now we are told it will take up to 30 days for security deposit to be returned, absolute rubbish. got us to sign some terms and conditions on arrival after 10 gour trip and being overtired, before allowing us in. not very professional. very unaustralian, absolute disgusting service. do not recommend at all, even though the facilities were good.

Great room, very spacious and well appointed. Staff were lovely and helpful.

1) Instead of one large mattress there were two single mattresses together, they weren’t properly joined 2) The kitchenette was okay but it had only the bare minimum

Large apartment, especially with balcony. The location.

No rails to assist getting into and out of the bath/shower. Basic provisions for the money. Definitely not 4 star.
