The hotel location is near the train station and bus station.

The room is very small and the furniture setting is not user friendly, not enough table surface

Very friendly personnel combined with modern and practical room. Reasonably priced parking nearby we were made aware of. Also, recommendations for lovely restaurants and great e-bike tour were given.

Nothing related to the hotel, but the mostly or many one-way road system in that part of Annency was very confusing and hard to navigate.

Room was very comfortable, the staff were very friendly and helpful and breakfast was excellent. Excellent location for catching train or bus.

The staff was so attentive, kind and was accommodating with my need to communicate in English. They were able to also accommodate my request to extend my stay. Hotel grounds and interior very clean, breakfast was incredible and they catered to personal requests with such a warmth.

I was expecting to be closer to the city center and canal. However it was a 4 block, easy, pleasant walk. Next time I would request a room with a view as the city has so much charm!

We were in the "business room" and there is absolutely no privacy between the room and the bathroom / toilets (a basic glass slide door that's not isolating anything). This can be very very uncomfortable if you are a fresh couple.

The room and bathroom are very small. It's really tough to put 2 suitcases in the room, there is no where to put your things.
