Rustic central old town apartment with a superb little balcony to enjoy watching the world go by.

Annecy is an incredibly beautiful city. made even better by this wonderful accommodation and wonderful host. He arranged a driver to meet us at the train station and he walked us right to the door. A wonderful surprise greeted us each morning with fresh croissants, baguette, orange juice and coffee. The flat has a darling balcony that overlooks the river where you can spend hours watching people, ducks, and sunsets. I would highly recommend this place for your visit to Annecy!!

The location was perfect!: right in the middle of Old Town! it was so nice to have a washer and dryer in the apartment. The bed was very comfortable. The shower was great! We loved the towel- warmer rack!

Stephan is going to provide written instructions in English which will make it easier to use the washer/dryer, dishwasher and range. Stephan explained everything to us when we arrived, however, we were a little “Jet-lagged” and did not remember all of the instructions.

It took me a while to find the place initially. Once I found it, it was fine.

Fantastic location right on the canal and easy walking to everything. Well set up apartment with a lot more space then most. Owner was very helpful from start to finish and provided excellent service. The regular markets are literally right outside the door. The usual resturants, gelato and touristy type shops on the road outside. The lake with a 5-10 minute walk and the main city and train station are 15 minutes away.

Restaurants around the apartment can be noisy in the evenings but easily solved by closing the windows.

The apartment was spacious and well equipped and in quite good condition. The balcony is small but a very nice treat for breakfast and wine in the evening. The host was very friendly and caring and gave tips for a nice stay. Annecy is a beautiful small town well orgnaized and tourist friendly - (rental bikes and paddle boards, free bus line around the lake, special rates for multi-day parking) The lake is the real highlight - very clean water and perfect for swimming or sport activities!

Bedroom without A/C and quiet noisy when window open (esp. from 6am in the morning). Annecy in August is "overloaded" with tourists during daytime - to get dinner in one of the several restaurant you either need to make reservations beforehand or queue for dinner for some time... Parking garages are always full.

What a beautiful flat...its' charm and authentic decor makes you feel right at home. It gives you the real feel of Annecy!😍 Stefane is so attentive to all needs. We really loved the breakfast delivery...especially enjoying it on the balcony! We felt like queens!👑♥️👑
