A very very comfortable bed! Superb bathroom facilities too!

View is amazing. Breakfast is great, lots of variety. Nice big comfy bed.

Great choice at Breakfast with option to sit inside or out. Property near station so you do not have to take the car into Vevey Centre.

I was horrified after reading the reviews, but was very positively surprised. The views are stunning, our bedroom was a good size. The trains were barely noticeable. Slept really well. Will hopefully come back.

Didn’t bother us, but worth noting that the property is between 2 train tracks. Swiss trains are not noisy.

location was great if you have a car. busses and trains were close and within walking distance. however I would recommend taking a car

The loft apartment was very spacious and comfortable, and the views are just spectacular! I loved the private sauna in the bathroom.

You can hear trains passing, but it did not bother us at all Check-in/out times a bit late/early for one night stay

The owner was exceptionally rude upon arrival. She opened a small opening in the front door and rudely told us to go away and return two hours later. We had no eye contact whatsoever. Upon this encounter , we had to find accommodation els wear. The owner cashed our payment 7 days before hand and refused to repay. She has made no sense at all. Really disgraceful way to behave.

it’s piece of art , whole venue is done with exceptional taste , artistic design with high attention to details . every room comes with own design. breakfast was just beautiful! breathtaking view to Lac Leman and Alps ..

as the place is simply piece of heaven could help for ladies who own it to crack a smile slightly more often and be more relaxed

The house, the views and the huge comfy bed, warm power shower and a great breakfast.

That the pool wasn’t open till May and that they didn’t allow children as they weren’t tranquil enough. However they conceded that mine was.

The house was lovely full of quirky things and beautifully decorated. The views are spectacular and breakfast was delicious. The hostess was very friendly and helpful. Would love to go back in the summer and make use of the pool and garden

It was a little far from the train station but that was my fault for not checking well worth the walk .

The actual property was beautiful, the bedrooms were nicely separated with separate entrances for the guest floors. The pool is amazing. The bedroom with the bath inside was gorgeous and the views are lovely.

To say that the stay was let down by the owners' unfriendliness is an understatement. We were greeted fine, relayed the rules (disappointed that the pool closed at 7pm but hey) and went to get in the pool. The owner came to sit by the pool to read and we felt very watched, not exactly the private romantic stay we had hoped for! She told us off for leaving the shower on too long at the pool. No outside-bought drinks were allowed by the pool (which in a b&b is ridiculous) yet they had no drinks to offer. Most rudely, the morning after, we waited outside the breakfast room at our agreed time for about 10 minutes, then after no-one came to let us in we poked our head inside the kitchen to see all of the staff chatting to themselves, so walked through and sat down at the breakfast table, to be promptly told off again by the owner saying we had entered through the wrong door and that we were rude for not waiting! Then we were rushed around breakfast and told off for using various knives wrong, the egg boiler wrong etc etc. The atmosphere was so awkward that we sat in silence and left before checkout time to eat elsewhere afterwards instead. Not only that but there were multiple workmen on site playing the radio loudly, including one painting the windows outside our room. Considering we went to celebrate our engagement and have some private time in our room, we may as well have stayed in a cheap hotel instead. Definitely not the romantic break that is suggested and definitely won't be staying again unless the management changes.

View, location and the character of the house

The owner had her room open and her TV on most of the time. We arrived earlier than check.in time and instead of making us feel comfortable in the garden, she asked WHY we arrived early.

The location is fantastic, very convenient to the train station and Vevey. The view was spectacular and the rooms were well kitted out with all the necessary amenities. The breakfast was wonderful. I enjoyed the cats however I can understand that this is not ideal for people with allergies.

Despite an amazing eye for detail and a fantastic house with an amazing view, the host lacks friendly social skills and etiquette. We did appreciate that we could leave our suitcases in the garage. (We arrived admittedly before the check in time of 1600 because we wanted to see some of the area and I was at fault that I didn't inform her before) However please be aware that you are taking money from us and we are guests in your B&B yet were made to feel like intruders. Also it was a very uncomfortable feeling to realise that our rooms had been entered while we were at breakfast. (We noticed the bins had been cleaned). If you are going to have a strict check in time of 1600 then we request that you respect your own check out time of 10:00 and to not start doing the laundry or cleaning the rooms before as this made us feel uncomfortable.

we had a very nice view of the lake, even if it rained most of the time. We could not use the terrace but it was nicely arranged for having a drink in the evening, for example, or sit and read in the afternoon. Due to the cold weather, we had to stay indoors.

the staff was not very welcoming nor helpful, sometimes very rude…If I knew I would have gone elsewhere. the breakfast is not very good and the options are limited. Don’t get near the coffee machine…It can get noisy with the train.
