The hosts were so lovely and helpful. Our room was spacious, quiet and comfortable. Best sleep we've had during our travels. Breakfast was so good and kept us going all day. Thanks for an awesome stay Martin and Karen.

Fantastic stay at the Kelston guest house. I thought the option of different check in times was a nice touch. The host was very welcoming and evening assisted us with our luggage. Great value for money with breakfast including in the price (£85) per night. Would definitely stay here again A *****
Lovely double room but a bit small. For the price we payed fantastic value for money, so not really a negative.

Location was brilliant Karen & Wayne are super hosts very welcoming. Breakfast was amazing. Room small but very comfortable and was suitable for out stay. We loved the decor which was quirky.

Good location, only 20 metres from the prom and parking was included. Very clean and comfortable. Breakfast was excellent with plenty of choice and quality ingredients. Karen was very helpful and informed us what was on like firework display and places of interest. Had a really lovely time and would recommend highly.

Excellent hosting from Karen and Martin. Breakfast was great and the flexibility offered around breakfast choice was excellent. Room was smart and very nicely decorated with modern bathroom suite. Local attractions and facilities were nearby and easy to access by public transport.
Very minor, but TV seemed hard to operate with remote from any angle for some reason, and not many Freeview channels available.

The guest house was spotless, the room was lovely, pillows and bed were really very comfortable. Karen, the host was very friendly and was a wealth of knowledge.
Breakfast was spot on and very well organised.
If I'm being very picky, the shower wasn't very powerful (Room 3).

Perfect location, about a 1 minute walk from the beach. Karen and Martin are both lovely and very accommodating. Room was extremely clean and the bed was very comfortable too. Lots of choice for breakfast - cooked, vegetarian, cereal, fruit etc - and all delicious. Thank you very much!

Martin and Karen are incredible hosts. If I return to Weymouth I hope to stay with them again.
We didn't have an en suite bathroom. That said: 1) we knew that when we made the booking, and 2) the bathroom was fantastic! So I feel a little guilty about only giving them a "9" since our stay was so great.
