The location was fabulous for our purposes and right on the seafront; the hosts were lovely and incredibly welcoming. The whole place was really well decorated and appointed. The room was lovely and we had paid extra for a sea view and we got exactly that. The breakfast was fabulous.

As the place is not (strictly speaking) a hotel, there was no reception as such and we had some issues gaining access during the day. I felt that the room was smaller than I would have expected for a Deluxe room, parking was incredibly challenging and I felt the cost was higher than the room size really warranted,

The effort that has gone into providing a home from home, the stylish decor, attention to detail, all meant a very comfortable and relaxing stay.

The breakfast made by Karen and her team was absolutely delicious. The location was right on the seafront and a short 5/10 minute walk from the Harbour, where there are lots of bars and restaurants. Half hour away from Durdle Door, a place we went to visit. The House and the room was very clean and a lot of small touches in the hotel makes it feel homely.

the breakfast was delicious and a really good variety as i don't get hungry in the morning but my partner does so we never felt like we were under fed or wasting any food. the staff were so kind, john especially i think his name was, was so kind. we left our train tickets in the room and he'd left them out for us to collect when we came to get our bags. we felt so taken care of and it was such a lovely stay.

Lovely room , not too keen in the sink being in the bedroom not bathroom , but understand why the same for the toilet . The owners and staff were lovely, Very good breakfast

Beautiful decor, rooms very well equipped. Breakfast was delicious with a plentiful cold buffet and hot options made to order. Poached eggs and avocado on sourdough was the best start to the day! Thank you!

We had a wonderful stay at Gloucester House. A warm welcome from the hosts, they were more than accommodating and helpful. The breakfast was delicious with plenty of options including GF. My daughters especially enjoyed the hot chocolates made by the very freindly and attentive waitresses. The rooms and hotel were comfy and very clean with a great boutique feel. Little decorative pieces added a lovely touch. Location so close to the beach and town centre. Overall a brilliant stay and would highly reccomend to anyone staying in Weymouth.

There is no parking available however a small town carpark behind the hotel for a day/night rate.

Room was nice and cosy. We loved going to asleep and waking up to the sound of the ocean. It’s very well located within walking distance of everything in Weymouth. The hosts were extremely nice and breakfast was good too. Highly recommend.
