Fourth time of mine.. Everything thing was fine. Good breakfast.

Room floor always get wet and even mirror getting blurred every moment.

Excellent friendly staff.(From Checking In counters/Dinning area/Pool side Ect.) Delicious foods with always smiling faces. Clean & clear room area. Overall really satisfied.

I must commend the exceptional quality of the food, which truly represents excellent value for money. The dining experience has been nothing short of delightful, and I am thoroughly impressed with the overall value proposition.

We regret to inform you that we have experienced a concerning issue regarding the level of attention given to the requests we have made. Despite our efforts to communicate our needs, it appears that the staff has not provided the desired level of attention or responsiveness.

1.Buffets were not international.Buffets were standard.It must be international buffet.Usually they don't offer international buffet even they are fully crowded 2.Breakfast buffet hadn't more sweet iteams.Limited sweet iteams 3.Elevator was very very dangerous.It was stucked couple of times.When one of my relative was stucked in the elevator.He said emergency call was not worked in the elevator 4.Normally checking time was 2.00 P.M. But we had wait about 2 hours for get our rooms more than usual checking time 5.Sometimes we had to call twise for some order over the phone

location and room was fantastic. But night staff was not good and they need more training with how to deal with customers nicely.

terrible staff on night. they tried to charge twice and I was long time waiting on reception for my room ready. The one who called Amila he hasn’t enough knowledge to how deal with customer. However, room and location was superb!

The hotel was ideal for a family, plenty for the kids to do and the pool was huge! The hotel had some of the best food we had during our time in Sri Lanka.

On the second day we tried to order room service and 60% of the items on the menu were unavailable which was a little disappointing.

-Nice beach with sand -Medium waves (but big enough to loose your sunglasses) -Friendly staff -Quiet (not at Friday's) -Food store "Keels" is close enough (2.5km) -Food store "Cargills" even closer (<1km), but smaller choice. -Good enough "Green Lobster" restaurant near hotel.

In hotel: -For two weeks of stay, we witnessed two corporate parties with 2000+ people, so every Friday it was super noisy. Also, locals (party guests) were photographing us, so feels like in a zoo and we are animals... -Water temperature in a shower is not stable -No sundecks on a beach (looks like government doesn't allow), but quite a lot on a hotel territory. -Not enough umbrellas on a hotel territory -No ala carte, buffet only. -A lot of spicy food in a buffet and no way to know if it is spicy or not. Outside of the hotel: -Roads are full of tuk-tuks, driving is awful, 35km to Colombo may take up to 2 hours, 90km to Galle takes even more time. -All the territory of Sri Lanka is extremely dirty (except hotels' territory) -No nice walkways, walking on a beach only
