Location very good on beach fronts

Mix up in booking of rooms buyer owner But he kindly sort out on arrival.

They messed up our two bookings so had to find another place to stay, They thought we had only booked 1 room !! But we had booked two

caretaker is bad,we ask he to buy fruit juice,they add water inside then add sugar,no service they just care about money,room no bottle water

This unique property accepts only one booking at a time so it becomes your private home with staff. It is a five bedroom villa on the sea with dining room, living room, and a therapy room with massage table and treatments on call. We enjoyed lounging on the verandah overlooking lush gardens and colorful birds. Beyond is an outdoor dining area next to the swimming pool, and beyond that a privacy fence to the beach. The architecture is traditional but the interior is fully renovated with modern baths. The villa is located in a good Sri Lankan neighborhood and we liked hearing the chanting coming from the nearby Buddhist temple, and the music of the bread truck making its rounds. We especially liked the feeling of solitude and attentive service from the excellent host who checked in with us every day and did everything to make us happy. Stanley, the all purpose and efficient houseman, was always at our call. We felt cared for like private house guests.

I realize now that this is an opportunity to immerse in the life of Sri Lanka and not expect an international menu. The western food can be mediocre, but the Sri Lankan dishes always delicious. However, we did ask for western breakafasts and the eggs where good.

Семья просто в восторге от Стенли (помощник на все случаи на время размещения). Хозяин организовывал различные туры по резонной цене, всегда отзывчивый и готовый помочь в любой ситуации.

Слив в раковинах и душевых плохо работал, постельное бельё не было поменяно ни разу за восемь дней пребывания.

Very cozy and quiet place. Very helpful and friendly staff. Beautiful garden. Literally less than a minute walk to the beach. Would definitely come again and recommend for a quiet relaxing holiday

There are no windows in any room. Even the “balcony” is just another tiny room with concrete walls. There’s a bit of daylight coming trough the gap in the top part of the window/balcony so it’s not dark in the room. The rest is covered with concrete. This is 100% compensated with the common areas. It simply doesn’t make sense to stay in the room. Also the internet is only good in common areas

Exceptionally delicious food. Just a few steps away from the sea. The owner and the staff is really friendly and helpful. Lovely and clean place.
