Property was ok.
I asked for a tax invoice and wasn’t provided one. The employee keeps repeating the same thing g that it’s illegal for him to provide one and I will have to get it from Booking.com.
I have been booking through Booking.com for few years now and never had this issue.
This hotel must be special.
I won’t be recommending and coming back to stay again.

I liked the way the manager spoke to me n the phone the day before our arrival.
There seemed to be a misunderstanding with payments. We were led to believe we were paying on arrival or we would have paid at the time of the phonecall due to card on file had been stopped for misplacement. The manager said one thing and gave our room away before we arrived

The room was clean and seemed newly renovated. The manager at reception was incredibly friendly and helpful

Very happy with the facilities and the comfortable bed. The room service food was excellent and the staff very accommodating. Would definatey stay if i am back in the area. Thank you for making my stay wonderful.
