They didn’t cleaned our room, while we were staying for a week, so we had to ask for new toilet paper now and then

Kate (I think that's the name). The girl at desk (owner ?) was always kind to us. Good in English, well informed and willing to help and advice. Also, location is good.

TV doesn't work, but it was not a big deal since we were mostly out of facility.

The staff spoke English which was appreciated. We speak Spanish but Chilean Spanish is quite different. They allowed us to leave our bags in a room for the day as we had a flight in the evening. Good wifi. Nice shower with strong pressure.

We arranged early check in for an extra cost but the staff working didn't know so when we arrived there was not a room ready for us. We got a temporary room but it wasn't clean. There was empty beer bottles in the bathroom. The beds were uncomfortable in both rooms we stayed in.

Location was a good balance between Bellavista, Recoleta, and Centro, nice interior courtyard which made the room quieter vs. overlooking the street, breakfast in the room, friendly cats, ground floor storage for large luggage

Was asked twice about what time I wanted breakfast, and they still brought the breakfast late

Friendly staf, silent air conditioning,small but included in price breakfast, our room was in the second building from the street so quite at the same time localisation very close to Bellavista and Plaza de Armas, very nice cat :)

The location is close to the centre, there is a lovely patio to sit and enjoy.

The area is said to be a little unsafe but walking during the day we had no issues.

Excellent breakfast, good location (right by a bus stop and walking distance to the city and the zoo/funicular), friendly staff (especially the bearded Brazilian was very nice), good room with air conditioning and private bathroom. All was clean.

The wifi was a little spotty, there was no handtowel in the bathroom, the downstairs kitchen lacked plates and cutlery (we had to ask for items each time we went to eat)

good place to stay, it is close to centro. 5 minutes walk to Bellas artes metro station. 5 minutes walk to central market. the staff is helpful and kind. they bring breakfast to the room and you can eat it in the little balcony. there is a nice patio. they have 2 adorable cats.

Stayed in a private room with double bed. Was clean and comfortable. Good breakfast delivered to rooms. Two adorable kitties living on the property. Would stay again.

Friendly staff, quiet place in a great location in Santiago. Just next to San Cristóbal if you want to hike on Sunday. Definitely would stay again.

Only credit card payments are accepted, that's a problem if you have only a debit or prepaid credit card.

The location is perfect the WiFi is super fast

I had a great stay overall! I stayed in a private room which was clean and spacious and had a nice balcony. The staff were friendly and breakfast is included in the stay, which is great. The surrounding neighborhood provides quick access to the city center, I just recommend staying indoors past sunset as Bellavista can be prone to petty theft at night.

Friendly staff who speak English, meals delivered on time.

Windows wouldn’t lock, neighbourhood feels a bit unsafe at night. Property less pretty than the pictures. Meals were simple with lots of plastic waste.

Loud music from very early in the morning - book it If you Like Taylor Swift:D There is no usable kitchen and the area around the Hostel is a bit shady at night

The place is very close to a lot of Korean and Asian restaurants nearby with many attractions. Although it is a bit local, I would definitely visit the area again and again. The breakfast was delivered with care. The staff helped us with storing our bags in their back storage. The balcony is given like the photo, it was very nice.

The breakfast had instant coffee with some hot water. Not to mention the hot water had unknown particles in them, but I guess this is the style with just how overall the breakfast came. It's decent. For the room, it needed so much TLC. I don't think they want to clean well since it's too much work. All the furniture is shaky and the shower has a lot of molds and many problems. I could hear everything from nearby neighbors lol.

There is free Wi-Fi.

This is a very bad Hostal, even by cheap accommodation standards. - the place doesn't look anything like in the pictures, it's dirty and messy - the balcony door, the bathroom windows and the safe don't close, so you can dismiss any idea of security in the room - the so called "shared kitchen" is filthy and unusable - the breakfast is served in the room and it's comprised of the cheapest products: yogurt, soluble coffee and 50 grams of sugary cereals. You can just skip it. - all the amenities are very unhygienic - our stay was made even worse by an individual called Sebastian who constrained us into paying for the stay in the local currency with VAT instead of USD (without VAT). He was very impolite and ignored to help by trying to attend other customers instead (while treating them very poorly too). The POS is not set up for proper payment options so we had no choice.

The staff was soooooo nice! She even left us breakfast with a little note although our flight was at 4am in the morning. She gave us so many tips for Santiago (food, sights etc) and really made us feel comfortable. You can walk to the city center in a few minutes, neighborhood seems quite save and you are at the airport in less than 20 minutes with uber.

The room was quite noisy, could here every step from other tourists leaving the hotel in the middle of the night

The space of the room and the bathroom were perfect. The staff was super nice and the breakfast was really good.

There were no blankets in our bed, so we had to ask for them.

An amazibg team who helps with everything. The hotel is cute and comfortable and in a perfect location to explore santiago. The value for money is through the roof. Will always stay here when coming to santiago and i plan to send my friends this way as well.

- there was a powercut in the whole neighbourhood when I arrived, no explanations volunteered whatsoever by the staff - staff doesn't accomodate at all when u are not fluent in Spanish - dirty, disgusting bed sheets

Well English-speaking host, she helped us to get to the busstation. Rooms were spacious and the bathroom was really nice. Cute pets, lovely roofterras. Gorgeous little garden.
