Spacious apartment and very good location.
The air conditioning is in the entrance hall and does not flow into the rest of the apartment. It was very hot and there wasn't even a fan to cool it down.
There were no bath towels, only face towels.
The building looks awful from the outside and I don't think it's safe to go onto the balcony.
In the kitchen there was not even salt for cooking.

The location is great, nice big rooms and a kitchen with everything you need. Very easy check-in, no contact. The owner was kind. It was raining during our stay so we found umbrellas outside the doors which saved us) It was a nice bonus)
It was on the 3rd floor so it was a little difficult for us to carry heavy luggage to the upper floors.

We were charged more then the amount on the booking.com. The host said that is because of the conversion to the local currency.

There is no A/C in the rooms, just one at the entrance of the flat
The parquet floor produce creaking noise while walking

There was no drying rack/Dish towels for dishes and the A/C wasn’t in the main rooms.

It had a great location and it was very clean and comfortable.
the only problem was the stairs and the fact that there was no elevator.

This was the perfect place to stay in Zagreb for our family of 6. The beautiful apartments were next to each other and connected by a small foyer, which worked so well for our kids to stay nearby but still afford some privacy. The place is perfectly positioned for a walking exploration of all the main sites of Zagreb. The host made us feel very welcome and assisted us every step of the way. We will be staying here every time we come to Zagreb!

Great location, 5min walk from the city center. Modern, clean and lovely room.
Overall, a really nice place to stay and the staff was really friendly and helpful with their recommendations and info.

The staff especially Zlatko were incredible with all details and made sure we were comfortable. There were 18 of us staying there and everyone enjoyed it.
The locations was great! Thank you!!
There is no lift so if stairs are difficult be sure to book a lower level room.
