The room was modern, tasteful, well equipped and offered nice views. The staff was very friendly and helpful, breakfast was delicious with a lot of variety.
The hotel has a good location, everything is within walking distance.

The location and the staff
The first room we stayed in, the temperature was hot and unable to control it,
we moved to a second room which was OK

Friendly staff.
Outdoor covered terrace with Bar/restuarant. Ani was a fabulous and attentive server. Excellent people skills.
Tasty and healthy buffet breakfast which has slight variations each morning. Added a little spice to breakfast choices. Prune yoghurt did not seem too popular though!!
Good quality (white) bed and bathroom linens.
Added charge for stronger coffee at breakfast.
Very slow/busy lift. We used the stairs from 2nd floor.
Forget the prune yoghurt on the Breakfast Buffet!!

It was clean but that is about all the good things I could or would say about it.
The air conditioner didn't cool the room. I had to sleep in 26c with my 1 year old baby and we were not offered any compensation and to top it all off they attempted to charge a penalty for a towel they said was stained. An absolute joke. Staff didn't care and I would never stay again.

Location is close to the Republic Square, good restaurants and cafés. Staff are friendly and super helpful, all of them, including the cleaning staff. Breakfast is nice with plenty of options but excellent quality. The restaurant at the terrace is very good, we ended up eating there often, or having drinks in the afternoon.
While the room and bathroom are very good, there's no nice view.

The staff was so kind and helpful. The location is great, the hotel is clean, and the breakfast was tasty. The variety of breakfast could be more for 4 stars hotel. The bathroom has hygienic shower. I strongly recommend this hotel for your next trip to Yerevan.

ideal for families they have rooms that can accommodate with children or erderly with u in the room. big beds. even the room is not much big but its ok coz your outside most of the day.

Hotel is good, but can be better. Breakfast is awesome and I definitely recommend book room with breakfast. Cleaning can be improved - there were a lot of dust in corners. And although staff was helpful they were very slow sometimes

The location was ideal, central to main tourist sites as well as our friends. Rooms were very clean, appreciated the attention to detail (fragrance in room after a clean, fresh towels, large shower head with ideal pressure, bedding was pillows super comfortable). Breakfast was nice too.
Tongs at breakfast bar could have been better, ice tongs were used for cakes, not big enough, so cake would fall apart when trying to pick it up. Would have liked a Nespresso machine at breakfast also.

desk, housekeeping, and breakfast. Breakfast
was also terrific—excellent local fruits and dishes
which changed daily. All in all we had a wonderful
stay.

floor with a view would have been nice.

Terrific location; clean/ modern accommodations; superlative service. The staff could not have been more welcoming, kind, professional, and accommodating. The breakfast was excellent: full of variety and very tasty.
