great location a short walk from centre of Milan. clean, comfortable and friendly feeling place to stay. pier our host was fantastic helpful with local knowledge of the area and anything you need. can’t recommend staying here enough.

Everything was absolutely perfect. The apartment was clean, well equipped, store was nearby, the city center was close enough to walk on foot. But what we really want to point out is Pier (the owner), he was really welcoming and explained everything perfectly, recommended a good restaurants and places to visit, after he finished we didnt have any other question to ask him 😊 So thanks a lot for the great entrance, we will definitely spread the word about this place!

Pier is an absolutely marvellous host. A genuinely nice person told us a lot about where to eat, what to see, how to move around the city and his advice was spot-on. The contact with Pier even prior to our arrival was very good, he responds to all questions and requests and we definitely felt taken care of. Thank you, Pier :) The location of the loft is very good, close to the old town. We never really considered moving around the city in any other way than on foot. The loft is nicely organized, gives a lot of privacy. Welcome drinks, coffee, milk and juices were all available and replenished regularly. For once, we never had a problem with parking in Italy either, there's a plethora of parking spots nearby, including a nice parking 20m from the loft.

fantastic host! Great location!

Very nice apartment that provides everything you need. There is a small kitchen in the shared area with coffee machines, some drinks and snacks free to take and the possibility to prepare your own breakfast if you want to. The host was very accommodating and gave a very good explanation of the city and told us about his favorite restaurants. You can walk everywhere in the city, although the apartment is a bit outside (it takes you around 15 minutest to reach the main tourist area). Perfekt if you travel by car as there are plenty of free parking possibilities.

Excellent location, big bedroom, and big bed, big bathroom. The host was very nice and helpful. Having some things in the kitchen which we could take "for free" was very nice, since when travelling you usually arrive late/hungry

They should remove these breakfast pictures - they're very deceiving. There's a kitchen where you can make breakfast, but you won't be served breakfast. Also, you can hear absolutely everything through the walls, and if you're in the bottom floor, you'll hear your neighbors walking.

I really loved that Pier was so helpful in guiding us on what best to do in Verona. I also really found it nice that complimentary juice, water, and snacks were provided. Very thoughtful.

The design of the property imparted a feeling of an oasis in the city. Bed was quite comfortable. Bathroom was luxurious. Fridge was well stocked and coffee was excellent. Host was helpful and amiable. Close to bus stops and also a short pleasant walk into the old town.

the shower head seems to be faulty and may need fixing or replacement.

We could hear the guest in other apartments talking, and having time in the bathroom We felt that there is no privacy

Pier provided a great introduction to the loft and gave good tips for places to go and eat. The location was good for accessing tourist attractions and restaurants. We also had free parking adjacent the loft. The loft was quiet and secure. Overall we had a great time.
