Excellent breakfast buffet. Convenient location. Spacious room and bathroom. Very helpful and courteous staff. Had a pleasant stay.

Heavy traffic in the area, but it can’t be helped. Wooden style makes the room look a bit aged, but otherwise in good condition. Bit of noise coming from the room beside ours, and the hallway as well. Rooms are not soundproof.

Smooth check in even at 3 20 am. I sent special request but actually did not get firm confirmation that was kinda of surprise but all went well. At night it took 19 minutes from NAIA terminal 3. Comfy beds. 2 double beds wew very good. Spacious room though we spent there not much time but I liked the shape of it. 3 elevators. We even had time to yse swimming pool at the roof 32 floor. Very nice for citication )) Breakfast is good too. Pancakes and omelette are nice. Other dishes are too just dont know the names.

Overall all was good. Only carrot cake was disappointment. Hubby brought it on the plate and I just tried it. I work with baking so probabli I am kind of picky but still..

We were given a free upgrade to a room with a view and the room was so large and spacious. All staff we dealt with were very friendly and accommodating and the rooftop pool had life vests for the kids!

Rooftop swimming pool and bar/restaurant was a great place to relax.Very clean comfortable rooms.Great location.

Food was a bit hit and miss not as good as when we stayed in 2020. Staff were generally excellent however the doorman can jump to conclusions about who is entering the hotel which has happened on every occasion that we have stayed here.This is embarrassing and obviously makes my Filipino wife feel very uncomfortable.

Let's start with the fact that I warned the hotel in advance about a late check-in. as a result, having arrived at 5 pm, I found out that my nomen was not ready. Next, they tried to tell me that the room that I booked with a king size bed did not exist, so they would give me a room with two queen size beds. At the same time, I paid extra for a room with a king size bed. They tried to accuse me at the reception that it was my fault that I booked a room on booking that does not exist. Only after I raised my voice and started calling booking support, they gave me my number with the words "we gave you an improved room", although in fact they gave me exactly the one that I paid for on booking. in fact i was lied to twice Second incident. we went up to the restaurant on the 32nd floor, we were met by the administrator, who constantly switched from us to other people. instead of meeting and escorting people one by one to the table, she dynamized those with whom she had already begun a conversation. Then she still led us to the table and we immediately made an order. 20 minutes later we found out that our order had been forgotten to be billed. and we waited in vain. third incident. We asked for a glass of champagne to be brought to our room. within an hour we called five more times to find out where our glasses were. only after I yelled and said that I would go downstairs and yell at them at the reception, the glasses were immediately brought in total in one night I had three conflicts with the staff for their disgusting work and attitude towards me
