I was upgraded & upgraded again to a 1 bedroom premier so cannot complain! The apartment was great. Easy to find, serviced location, nice gym with views, beautiful lobby.

Cleaners never leave the entire towel set (2 big 1 small 1 shower mat). Bad smell from bathroom (and this is in every room I have been). Some rooms have big issues (e.g. first one had a wardrobe filled with heavy mould smell), and others on the constructions work side of the hotel can be loud.

Everything is OK with me

Apartments are spacious and well kept, very clean however, this has nothing to do with Hilton. I am not sure why they give this idea to potential clients because it causes disappointment on arrival. We arrived at 2 am and reception was waiting for us, breakfast starts at 2 so this can be convenient. Location is central and top bar with a small pool are nice. Staff is very polite.

Breakfast is bad for european standards. They have the restaurant as a all you can eat place deal open to outsiders so it is quite busy and target to hot meals. If you don't like omelets just don't bother. Omelets bar options are good and tasty but there is no options of fruits, cereals... At the moment there are big construction work taking place right outside the door, this can be noisy at times and will affect those who like to sleep until later.

I booked for 4 pax and there is only one big bed. The deposit for the check in is a large amount. So the staff was saying that if i use credit card it will be on hold so it will be refunded immediately which didn't happen. unfortunately it was credited to my credit card and will take so long to be refunded.

Its my 2nd year celebrating my birthday at Y2, staff are very accomodating ,the location is accessible to a lot of place and the hotel facilities are really nice. We enjoyed the night swimming and roofdeck view is really beautiful! Thank you Y2, will surely be back soon!

Party hotel - next room was having a party late into the night. Breakfast restaurant had heaps of party groups having breakfast post overnight party (?), So many people little ventilation. Breakfast food was not great, we should have eaten elsewhere for the money we paid

+ very friendly and helpful staff

- the hotel is a little run down at some places ( gym ) / floors . - the windows in my room did not close proper so it was pretty noisy

Value for money! This is definitely a bargain. The place was clean have all the necesities Great location near all place I want to visit.

Too strict when it comes to check in.

It's a good value for money in terms of space.

There was so much mismanagement on Christmas eve: - Not enough parking for guests (not just us, most other guests checking in at the time had the same issue) - Elevator was broken - Induction stove not working - No microwave - Slow response time to requests There was nothing done to make up for it other than mostly hollow apologies.

The staff were all very courteous and helpful. The beds, beddings were all very comfortable. The rooms were spacious.

Needs work: 1. Check-in - despite of filling the online form and srrived past check in allowed time, we still waited for 20-30 mins 2. Requested baby cot and extra bed through online platform and reminded them upon check in- received in the evening after several follow ups 3. Check out - called at 9am to request if possible for late check out. The staff asked a colleague and responded yes. At 12:45, someone was calling if we will extend or check out. I told them “I called you guys at 9am to request for a late check out and you said yes”. Communication with colleague is key 4. Some stains on the floor and sink 5. not sound proof room

During my stay there were some noisy constructions outside the hotel, more exactly a deconstruction of a building.
