Room clean, staff friendly, room comfy, atmosphere great. close to all parts of C.B.D walking distance.
First night had air conditioning noise outside the room.

Always comfortable. My preferred place to stay when in Lincoln due to the price.

Nice single room for the price. TV was slightly smaller than other times I stayed, but still big enough for me. Good food downstairs in the pub.

Reasonable price for a basic room.
The single room smelled of stale cigarette smoke, but happily I was upgraded to a double room (which was also a bit smelly). The bedside lamp had no globe so I bought a new one from the supermarket, as I thought it would be too much trouble to ask reception, then for them to find a maintenance person... This should have been checked before allocating the room though. I meant to take it with me but forgot, so it's my parting gift.

Restaurant staff on Saturday 10th June were fantastic. Nothing was too much trouble and all very friendly on a very busy night

If you are looking for that old Aussie pub feel or have never experienced it The Tasman is the place to go. What this Grand Old Lady of a building may lack in a more modern fit out she more than well makes up in the friendly and helpful staff. all for a very fair price.

Location is great, the balcony provides a fabulous spot to sit on with a cold drink and look out over the foreshore.
No towel in the bathroom, only a bathmat was provided.
No toiletries at all. No soap!
Just an EMPTY liquid soap body wash dispenser on the wall.
When neighbouring room used their shower the pipes in the wall made a high pitch squeal.

The hotel was built around 1900 and I like that charm and being on the Boston Harbor foreshore makes it even better.

The staff was nice. I needed a cheap option for an overnight stay and that's what it was.
No lift, if you're carrying heavy bags (I think a lot of tourists in Port Lincoln are basically stopping over to get on Rodney Fox Shark Expeditions or Calypso Charters), get ready to carry them up the stairs. The room was tiny, the cleanliness of both the room and bathroom was questionable at best. I would pay what I paid for this.

Property was great, perfect location and central for a tunarama weekend get away.
Level of noise during the night by others staying at the property, last night we stayed we had some one running up and down the hall banging on doors.

it was very old and dated The tv in our room was positioned in the wrong place and had to keep a light on so we wouldn’t knock it during the night
the wardrobe was old and dusty and side tables were to high and I knocked my head a couple of times
The hallway lights were hardly ever on on which made it a little eerie
