Excellent Location, well equipped, a good family place to stay. Many facilities, shops, museums, foreshore are within walking distance or a short drive away. The fresh fish that is available almost every ware was magnificent.

Clients need to be told of the entry/exit stairs, some may not be able to cope with them. I am 75 years and reasonably fit but did not realise how steep they were it was a bit of a struggle. The location of the key box needs to be relocated or the instructions need to be changed, there is no roller door.

,Location overlooking the foreshore, proximity to shops, supermarkets, hotels and restaurants. Very large, comfortable apartment with all amenities. Well furnished, undercover parking.

The apartment was let down by poor quality cleaning, especially in the time of covid, We found the sheets appeared not to have been changed and black hairs in between the sheets, fortunately there was a washing machine and dryer and we were able to launder them ourselves, in many years of travelling this is the first time we have had to do such a thing. The bathroom shower recess was dirty and had to be also cleaned.

Location was perfect Beds very comfortable. Apartment spacious and clean.

The location is excellent and all the facilities I needed in the accommodation were available. There were plenty of shops and restaurants within walking distance.

There were ants in the kitchen at any sign of food. The driveway was very narrow but manageable.

The location was the main draw card and also how spacious it is

Great location, nice big living area and bedrooms. Good size balcony. Appreciated the family feel and inclusion of some toys, a baby gate for the stairs and high chair 🙏🏼

the place is very centrally located which is very brilliant for accessing the restaurants and shops. the apartment is very spacious and clean and everything that i expect it to be.

Great location on the foreshore. Easy walking distance to shops and restaurants. Well equipped large full kitchen. Great lounge room and balcony over looking the foreshore.

TV was not programmed to correct time and did not pick up HD channels.

Location and cleanliness. Good value for money.

Heating system took long time to warm the house.

First of all our keys were giving out to another guest, we had to swap apartments and down grade to a 2 bedroom and not a 3 bedroom. Then housekeeping tried to enter at 945, checkout time 1000, due to the original error in giving out the wrong keys to the other guest, they had to swap apartments and we were expected to leave early to rectify there own mistake
