Great location right on the beach.
Room was clean and bright.

I did not see any staff due to my arrival and departure time but the phone reception was very helpful and everything that I enquired about was dealt with in a friendly and genuine manner.
The shower toilet area had a distinct smell of mould/grey water. I realise this is not unusual in budget rooms but it isn't pleasant.

Bathroom freshly renovated and was nice. Right on the beach, close to everything.
Cleanliness of room was average. Pillows were not clean, looked like someone had a haircut and had small hair pieces on it.
No Plates or cuttlery in room.

everything was amazing .. beautiful room beautiful view and very comfortable
it needs a bigger tv in the lounge and more Rowell provided in the spa rooms 🙏 otherwise amazing room thank you

staff was very nice, room was lovely and i love the location of how close it is to everything very convenient.
Just need to be aware that the cutlery, plates and bowls are limited be a good idea to bring your own or buy disposables.

Location is good just a bit out but within walking distance to everything
Walk on to the beach and a good coffee shop a d restaurant right beside it.

my previous stays were awesome in the upgraded rooms, however the room this time was not upgraded, as the shower was not great and the bed was a little uncomfortable.
