Relaxing, clean, good neighborhood!

Loved the screened in porch the most! The water, wildlife, and quietness of the property were great! Clean and felt homey.

Clean! Modern! Peaceful! Beautiful Lake setting! Great communication! I recommend it.

Beautiful home for our weekend in Nashville!

We have traveled to a lot of cities and states but when I tell you this home is absolutely beautiful I mean it! This is the true definition of a vacation home! Very clean and quiet but the scenic views speak volumes!! Even the wildlife near the lake was a sight to see! Bucks, Cranes, hawks, baby deer, fish jumping out the water, everything was amazing. The house was well stocked and host was very responsive! We look forward to coming back and staying longer!

This was the perfect property and location for a TN getaway. Waking up to the view of the lake and morning visits from the deer was wonderful. I highly recommend booking this property for a TN getaway!

Unfortunately, our trip to TN was to attend a family funeral. However, we found this home and its location on the lake offered us the peace and serenity we needed. The house is beautiful, very clean & nicely equipped. We would definitely rent this property again and would recommend it to others.

It was still a bit too cold to use the lake but the property is in a great location. We enjoy Nashville and the property is just close enough for an easy drive. The host is very responsive to questions.

This house was beautiful with a stunning view of the lake. It was well furnished with everything needed. Communication with the owner was good and they were quick to respond when we had issues getting the fire pit to light. I highly recommend this house, however, the only thing that did not work well for us (2 adult couples) were the sleeping arrangements. We slept in the main bedroom which has a queen bed. (Note: if you need a dark room to sleep, bring an eye mask as as the blinds do not block out the light at all.) Our friends graciously agreed to sleep in the other bedroom with 2 twin beds even though it was not ideal for a couple. But they complained the beds were very small for adults and they did not sleep well in them at all. Other than that, the house was perfect.

The house was beautiful and equipped with all the essentials. We loved being able to dock our boat and fish as we wanted. The screened in porch was perfect for morning coffee or afternoon reading. Lots of wildlife in a quiet neighborhood. Not too far from downtown and nearby towns. Communication with the owners was excellent and neighbor Ron was very nice to get to know. You won't regret booking a stay here!

The home is beautiful and has direct access from a dock to the lake. The owner was very responsive to questions and the home was well stocked, as you would expect. We loved the screened in porch!

We stayed Wednesday to Sunday. Several family members and friends rented the house right next door. We were able to bring out boat and keep it tied up to the dock overnight and the bay is super calm. It was perfect. The house was very clean, well organized, instructions left everywhere for everything. It was very nice.

We had a wonderful time. Very clean and in a really nice neighborhood. Beautiful views. Thanks for sharing your home with us!!! <3

We absolutely love this house! This was our second year back and we will be back again!

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this beautiful lakefront property. It was very spacious, clean, comfortable and well decorated. The owners have obviously put a lot of thought into the guest experience. We saw tons of deer—does, bucks and fawns—in the yard and in the neighborhood as a whole. The lake had more algae than we would have liked, but it seemed to clear out a bit as the days passed. Note—it is kind of a steep slope down the backyard to the dock that wasn’t a problem for us, but could be for some. Thank you again for sharing your place with us!

It was 95 but still cool enough to relax on the shaded porch with a good book. We sat out there morning, noon and night! Our young adult children loved the dock, fishing and paddle boat. We even made s’mores in the fire pit one evening. The neighborhood was so quiet! We had deer, turkey, a fox and a groundhog visit us almost daily. Easy access to grocery, restaurants and gas stations too! A truly hidden gem! We will definitely be back.

Spent the weekend with my college roommate. The house was incredible. Great layout and furniture. Everything was well planned and designed down to the furniture. Screened in porch is great, even the floor is screened for great bug free conversations. The dock was easy access for bringing my boat, plenty of water depth to navigate to the dock. 5 stars all around!

This house was immaculate. It was open, bright, very clean and the layout was perfect. The master shower was beautiful as was everything else in the house—kitchen and appliances, living room and furniture, etc. Top of the line everything in this house. It is in a very quiet neighborhood on a dead end street not too far from the main roads to grab a breakfast sandwich and coffee, fill up on gas or link you to the expressways. The weather was extremely hot and humid so we didn’t get to spend much time on the enclosed deck but it was beautiful and so relaxing. The ceiling fan definitely helped moved some air. The front porch also had a few chairs to relax in. We planned this trip for our 29th wedding anniversary to visit downtown Nashville for the first time and surrounding immediate areas. We wanted to stay well outside of the city and it was a perfect location. We had a 30 minute drive into the heart of Nashville each morning but it was an easy drive. The only thing we needed to bring was shower supplies (soap and shampoo), they supplied everything else. The owner’s response time was amazing—I asked about some restaurants and things before we arrived and she texted and emailed with answers and suggestions. We would love to come back and stay, maybe in the Fall when the weather is cooler? Thank you for such an amazing stay.
