Center place and very convenient as just 3 minutes walk to Dafo temple. Nice!!!

Super cool and funny staff !

It was cold, but that's not the hotel's problem, it's more an issue coming from the construction mechanism in the city (restaurants were the same)

We only ended up staying here for one night since we both ended up getting altitude sickness and had to leave Shangri-La early. The host was super accommodating and understood that we had to leave and only charged us for one night.

I wish I wouldn't have gotten altitude sickness, but that can't be helped. Make sure you prepare in advance before you go to Shangri-La! I think the room was also a little bit stuffy. The view was just okay, next time I would opt for the regular room, not the room with the view.

The location was super, nearly the center of the old city, and very close to the turtle mountain park. The owner was extremely helpful, he helped us to carry the luggage and recommended us a very nice Tibetan restaurant. The room was quite cozy,

There were some mosquitos during last night we stayed, but there no anti-mosquito device/tool provided, so maybe that is the thing can be improved.

The staff spoke English and we're very friendly

Perfect location inside the Old Town, with lots of shops and restaurants very close by. 10 minute drive to the main inter-city bus station, and a quick walk to the local bus stop. Staff was amazingly helpful with everything we asked about.

The location was great in a quieter corner of old town. Staff were very helpful and friendly. The rooms are basic but fine considering the good price.

The walls are very thin. my neighbours kept me awake with talking.

The room and beds are warm and also have an electric blanket for winter. The shower is good with enough warm water, and they provide shampoo and shower gel. The carpet is quite possibly the cleanest I've come across in China! By far the best reason to stay is the owners. They're genuine people, who were so friendly and welcoming that they made us feel right at home. They are willing to help if there are any questions and even offered to go with us to buy bus tickets. We felt sad that we had to leave!

Good location to walk around. The staff gave us some advice for local restaurants and they dropped us at the airport for free. No breakfast offered

The staff could not pick us from the bus station ( they stated that we needed to send them a message through WeChat once we arrive. we told them that WeChat doesn't work with non-chinese phone numbers) The room was quite cold and humid. we were there in September. No heating in the room, just a fan which is not enough to heat the room Staff provided wrong info to get to the temple by public transport.

Tiffany is the best.

The towels were old and had stains.
