A truly wonderful hotel. Excellent service, superb room, wonderful food in the restaurant, lovely pool with gym and sauna. A lovely place for a great rest!

Spacious rooms, very well equipped and always clean, amazing service staff, especially Cherry and Seven in the breakfast room and Star in the lounge- all of them are very attentive, friendly and they speak English. Unbeatable turndown service in the evening.The lounge offers very good cakes, well chilled white wines in a relaxing atmosphere. The manager is very concerned about the well-being of the guests. A good choice of breakfast, also for western people,e.g. cheese, cold cuts, pastry, muesli and fresh fruits. A nice indoor pool, but unfortunately the outdoor pool is closed which should have been announced on the website. The St. Regis Hotel is a wonderful 5-star hotel.

The outdoor pool wasn’t open and it was 34 degrees!

Very professional and caring staff everywhere; Great room design (we had a corner room), spacious and with perfect layout. Super comfortable bed! Very good location.

Stay was too short ;-) and maybe the rooftop bar (with a nice view) is a little bit too quiet.

You stay at a St. Regis for service (I've stayed at many St. Regis hotels around the world). From a service standpoint, they were lacking in all avenues of service (even ran out of green tea which is incredible, especially in China). When we traveled, it was raining every day so our kids shoes got soaking wet. We called butler service to take their shoes and help dry them (in a dryer or any other way) which took them over 30 minutes to pick up from the room and me calling 2 times. Once they took the shoes I called later in the evening when heading out to dinner for pickup and they informed me the shoes would not be dry until 11pm...they did not dry them, in fact, they placed them in bags and sealed them downstairs. When they returned the kids shoes they stunk of mildew. If I would have known that, I would have dried them with the hairdryer in the room. These are just some examples of the service that was lacking. Everyone was very courteous and no one was rude; just an overall lack of service that you expect when staying at a St. Regis.

Breakfast was good, but restaurant too small for the number of people - had to fight for space at the buffet. Staff were really attentive and very well trained.

Outdoor pool was still closed contrary to advice when booking - a shame given it was hot weather with blue skies. Cost of laundry was extortionate. Room smelt a little of smoke and there was a cigarette burn in the couch

- The hospitality. Top notch - Breakfast. Surprisingly good even for foreigners - The room. Not the best I stayed at, but still very cozy with everything you need to have an enjoyable stay

- Not being able to stay longer for no extra fee (I know, I'm greedy)
