La propreté de la chambre. L’EAU bien chaude (en hiver c’est indispensable). Proximité ! L’hôtel est en face de l’église St-Georges. Simon très gentil et de bons conseils pour manger et les visites. Petit déjeuner complet avec une très belle vue sur la ville de Madaba

Petit hotel situé au 2ème étage d'un immeuble, avec une belle vue du restaurant au dernier étage ouvrant sur une agréable terrasse. Personnel aimable et efficace.

Personale gentilissimo. Struttura centralissima. Ottima terrazza panoramica dove viene servita una buona colazione. Camera accogliente, spaziosa e pulita.

La atención del dueño fue inmejorable. La cama enorme, y la habitación amplia, y con armario, que no ha sido lo habitual. El desayuno muy bueno y en una azotea con preciosas vistas.

Por poner una pega, que nos costó que nos aceptarán el pago con tarjeta.

Comme il n'y a pas une bonne isolation phonique, le manque de respect des résidents faisant beaucoup de bruit dans les couloirs peu importe l'heure en rentrant dans leur chambre.

Posizione , colazione ricca ed abbondante sia dolce che salata. Panorama sala colazioni.

Stanza all'ultimo piano senza ascensore con tende che non oscuravano nulla, letto scomodissimo e rumori provenienti dalla sala colazioni la mattina presto. Nessuno dell'hotel si è offerto anche al check-in in piena notte un aiuto per portare almeno una valigia all'ultimo piano.

A really nice and charming place to stay with a rooftop with an amazing view of the saint George’s church ! A special thanks to the team, their kindness and their hospitality !

I stayed one night at this hotel. I was supposed to arrive a day earlier but because my flight was delayed, I was not able to make it for the day I booked it. They were so considerate in how they took care of this, I am grateful for this as I was so stressed out. Excellent place to stay, it was my first night in Jordan and I was made to feel so completely at home here, staff is extremely helpful. I was able to walk around from here to see the sites which was convenient. I would definitely recommend this place to stay in Madaba.

In our view, the best part of this hotel is the marvellous attention we received from the hotel staff. We want to congratulate all of them, from the manager to the rest of workers but if we have to emphasize the attention of one of them, we would select Dina. She was really kind, lovely and helpful since the first minute. She also researched for us how we should travel from Ammán to Israel and also help us to manage the rental car we used in Jordan. Moreover, the way she help us before, during and after our stay in the hotel was marvellous. She will be always in our hearts.

There are so many reasons to fall in love with this property : (1) SIMON is a wonderful host, he will help you with everything you need (2) Our small tiny room is cozy, comfy, and quiet, and the bathroom is a surprise (3) BREAKFAST with great variety (4) Drinking water, tea and coffee are provided at all time (3) Even though WIFI is not working well in the room but it is a good reason to spend time on the terrace with nice sunrise and night view (4) Located in the prime location, archeological sites just a few minutes away, St George's Greek Orthodox Church is just opposite. Highly recommend this hotel if you are coming to Madaba!

Customer service was great and the owner was really honest and helpful. When I asked him about a trip he gave me good advice and prepared the trip for me. I would also like to thank the driver for his help and kindness.

Very centrally located and very easy to find. The owner was very accommodating and arrange for a car to the airport early in the morning. The room was clean and good value. The internet was excellent and the terrace was a nice place to sit in the evening. Although we were worried that our room will be noisy as it was located on the same level as the terrace but it was very quiet.

The bed could be comfier as the mattress was too soft.
