Get the air conditioning to work

Our driver met us at the airport and was nice and friendly. Be prepared to start driving your own buggy while they transport your baggage with another one. It was easy to contact the host and we were so thankful to have our checkout time extended as our departure time was at 3:30. Great location, stunning views and the use of the buggy was very handy! Thanks again!

The bathroom was a bit tiny, especially the shower. The private pool had no sunshine and was a bit dark and dingy so we just used the public pools near the Beach instead.

Clean, comfortable apartment close to attractions

Buggy provided was most convenient. Place was clean and tidy.

There could have been some basic tea and coffee and basic food amenities.

The valet picked us up and gave us our keys and buggy. Location is great. The coffee maker and hair dryer were nice. Shower head works great. Customer service was responsive. The family room and the bedroom looks nice. The view off the patio was great.

The apartment is rough and needs maintenance. The kitchen lights were not working, the bedroom lamp is broken, the internet was not working, the bathrooms are very outdated and needs a good bleach cleaning, the kitchen door cabinet fell apart. Pots and pans were dirty. Although we appreciated the buggy, is was dirty/rough looking.

We stayed at the hibiscus room 103 and we couldn’t of asked for anything more. The view was absolutely amazing and was beautiful to wake up to every morning. Plenty of room and very clean and tidy inside. Beach towels supplied which was great 😊. Very close to pools and beach, the buggy was also awesome to have to explore the island. We were met at the airport where he gave us our buggy, placed our luggage on his and dropped us off at the apartment. ❤️ overall wonderful experience would highly recommend.

Location was great, however in saying that every place on the Island is in close proximity. Lovely outlook. Included buggy service. Sunscreen in cupboard

Air-conditioning was broken - informed of this the week prior, explaining it "recently" occurred. Replaced with portable ones which was okay. However feel as though they'd been broken for quite some time. Form asks how you would like the beds. 2 singles or a double. I requested both rooms be double beds. Wasn't done. Drawers were grubby inside, dishes weren't cleaned properly. No cleaning cloths provided, even though it stated clearly that if dishes weren't clean on check out a $150 fine would incur. When asked for cleaning cloths, I was initially told to go to the IGA. After questioning whether it was normal for customers to bring cleaning products on holidays to self contained apartments,, they brought over a sponge. Place had an awfully unpleasantbfishy smell the minute you walked in. Was told this was due to the aircons being off and was brought over some Glen 20 spray. Knowing 2 babies were coming, I'd expect the high chair to be cleaned. It was filthy - clearly not cleaned prior to our arrival. Cot also not made. After noting all this within 10 minutes of arriving I asked to change apartments and would pay any extra if I had to, but was told there was none available, so had to make the best of it. To top this all off having come from England, WIFI was essential to us. Out of our 4night stay, the last 2 days it completely stopped, which meant we couldn't do work, access our accounts or book anything needed for the next part of our journey, so we had to turn on roaming. All in all a very disappointing stay. The Island was lovely and had a fabulous time regardless. It could just be this particular apartment out of the lot. But just thought people should be aware.
