the lovely meeting at the airport and our luggage taken to our rooms whilst we drove there in our buggy I loved the HUGE bathrooms and bedrooms, the ambience, the lovely cockatoo at our balcony

Location

Damage to the property not being repaired spent the first 20 minutes putting screen door back on its runner and dishwasher that really did not wash dishes properly hole in the wall downstairs. The property lacked general maintenance.

The position was incredible. The pool area was very clean. The use of the buggy was a bonus.

The dishwasher didn't appear to clean properly and the air-conditioner in the upstairs bedroom was leaking so we placed a bowl underneath it.

For our first stay on Hamilton Island this was a fantastic experience. Loved the private golf buggy; staff meeting us on arrival and orientating us to property; walking distance to all restaurants and private pool.

Nothing it was all fabulous

Good comfortable accommodation for a family. Great views.

The only thing that was disappointing was the oven wasn’t working and there was only one chopping board in the house. A cheeseboard and knife would have been appreciated. A few more toilet rolls would have also been welcome also. Other then that it was a very comfortable place to stay.
