We stayed here for a month this little house was perfect for our family. Enough space for everyone all the essentials were provided. Nice, super quiet neighborhood, walkable to restaurants. Fenced area for our dog and place to park cars out of the elements. We really enjoyed our stay here!

Needed to find a short term location while our home was being finished. Worked out very well and great location to walk to Roswell and its many restaurants.

Down the street is Canton Street and all the cute shops and restaurants. The house itself had literally everything we needed;. they really thought of everything. We felt pampered staying here.

Rude owner, terrible customer service with vrbo Not refunding my money!!!!owner kicked us out the day we arrived because my dog found bug traps all over the house among many other things. I asked how many more traps were in the house and told to get out! Day before Xmas eve...

The home was so cozy and comfortable, and stocked with everything we needed. We were able to settle in quickly and it felt like home right away. Loved the backyard for our dogs and they definitely miss it! It was great being within walking distance to Old Roswell, with all the wonderful restaurants and shops. THE perfect place to stay for 25 days while our new home was being completed.

The home was so cozy and comfortable, and stocked with everything we needed. We were able to settle in quickly and it felt like home right away. Loved the backyard for our dogs and they definitely miss it! It was great being within walking distance to Old Roswell, with all the wonderful restaurants and shops. THE perfect place to stay for 25 days while our new home was being completed.

We have enjoyed our stay at this lovely property. It is wonderfully decorated and well suited for several months needed during our transition into a more permanent home in the area. It couldn't be more enjoyable with the surrounding walking to Canton St. and Roswell park just down the street. The front yard is like a little nature preserve, and the back is fully fenced. We were welcomed as soon as we arrived, and our stay has been very accommodating.

We loved our stay and Terry could not made us feel more welcome. The home is beautifully appointed and had everything we needed from comfortable beds, thick towels, snacks, water and coffee. We felt like treasured guests. The location was great we were only a 1.3 miles from my son (we had come for our oldest granddaughters high school graduation). Everything was right there, Canton St, all sorts of shopping, places to eat, and easy access to main roads. The yard was beautiful, had plenty of parking. Very comfy, clean, cozy, and quiet. Thank You Terry!

Thanks to Terry for an enjoyable stay at this great vacation home. It was a short drive to Marietta where my son and family live but provided me with some quiet down time to relax. I walked my dog in the Waggy World dog park a short drive away. Bedrooms comfortable with great linens and towels. Visited the Smith Plantation in Roswell and enjoyed some of the interesting shops/restaurants only a few blocks from the home. Home was very clean and Terry's pleasant decorating made my stay enjoyable. I would definitely stay again!

Ms Brown was a great hostess and provided everything we needed in her home. The house is located in a great location to explore all the areas we were interested in. It is also within walking distance to tons of restaurants in downtown Roswell so we didn't have to cook at all! Our two dogs had so much fun chasing squirrels and chipmunks in the fenced shaded yard. It worked for us.

Our family was moving and was looking for a place to stay in the interim between houses. This was the perfect location. The house was in great proximity to Downtown Roswell, but was also very quiet which was perfect for our toddler to sleep. The back yard was wonderful as well for our dogs to run around and since it was fenced they could enjoy the back deck as well. If you're looking for a great home, within walking distance to restaurants, but still quiet in the evenings this is the perfect location.

My family and I loved the property and the location. We will definitely stay here the next time we are in the area. The house had everything a person could need for a comfortable stay and the owner went above expectations. I can't say enough good things about the property or the owner. I HIGHLY recommend this property!

The two bedrooms were decorated and comfortable, the bathrooms were stocked with luxurious linens, and the kitchen had plenty of dishes and cookware. The living areas were spacious, warm, and inviting, and the deck was just lovely! The laundry room was huge and very useful too. We especially appreciated the treats set out for us! The fenced in yard was perfect for our little dog. There was no odor or evidence that other pets had been there even though they advertised "pet-friendly". That made it even nicer for us! There was ample parking in the back of the house and the neighborhood was full of very friendly residents. We will definitely stay here again if we have the opportunity! Thanks so much!

The decor was very modern and new and extremely tasteful. The internet worked well as did everything. Instructions on how to use anything necessary were available and easy to locate. Communication from the owner was immediate response . The outdoors was spacious with a garage and deck. Having 2 complete bathrooms was wonderful and the towels and other linens were 1st class . The owner did not skimp on anything . There was complimentary coffee and bottle water available . Having a washer and dryer also available was a bonus . The large flat screen tv and seperate living and den areas were well designed for privacy and entertaining . I personally cannot imagine staying in a hotel when the option to stay in such a comfortable and yet lovely home is available. Staying there took so much lstress out of our travel. I hope when we return to the area, the house will be available again, because it truly felt like home! The owner was a delight to work with. RLD

Everything inside is like new! It probably is new. Nice decor and very comfortable beds. Spacious kitchen. Favorite part was the outdoor area - nice deck with table and 6 chairs. Cool bench seating with lots of pillows. Very large fenced in yard. Property very convenient to downtown Roswell and just overall heart ATL location. Felt like a very safe area. Will return !! Beats a hotel anytime!! And, finally, the owners are TERRIFIC! Great communication and very accommodating . We stayed when we had to evacuate for Hurricsne Matthew. Forever grateful! If you need a comfortable, convenient place for your family, RENT this place .
