20 visit Impeccable Stay

View from room , front desk staff specially Priyanka , clean rooms and great ambience . Staffs are very friendly . Dinner was good .

Location still off the downtown but downtown don’t have much hotels of this category . AC vents right over sleeping bed . Not comfortable

Well located and it was clean, the rooms were very tidy and well maintained.Has lots of dishes and drinks option !!!

I had informed the reception that I’ll check in the hotel by 5pm however I checked in at 6pm even then they told me that rooms are not ready I had to stay for an hour to get my room . If the standard check in time is 2pm then room should be available by then but even until 6pm it’s not ready then I must say management is not good they don’t see there guest properly.It’s been my 2nd time being done like this , unwillingly I should say Vivanta is far better then them in this matter. Management should look into this matter !!!

Large, green, airy and spacious. Well appointed rooms. Attentive staff Excellent restaurants

Wait at the reception may be a little long. Staff seems to be slightly overworked. Some of my requests to the room staff went unanswered.
