The shower was very weak but we never asked them to try fix it or told them it was a problem so it could have been an easy fix

Personale per nulla disponibile e molto scortese. Dopo mille peripezie per cercare di arrivare in tempo alla struttura, non mi ha comunque permesso di fare il check in per soli 15minuti di ritardo. La motivazione che mi è stata data è che bisogna rispettare le regole, cioè fare il check in entro le 19 oppure comunicare 72 ore prima un arrivo fuori orario. Tre giorni prima del mio arrivo ho contattato l’host per spiegare che avrei avuto problemi ad effettuare il check in in orario, ma avrei mandato qualcuno al mio posto così da fare tutto secondo le regole. Il giorno prima ho chiesto all’host di poter fare il check in fuori orario, si parlava di 15 o al massimo 30 minuti di ritardo, a causa di un imprevisto, ovviamente pagando (stavo richiedendo un servizio che la struttura offre, o almeno in teoria), ma non c’è stato verso di poterlo fare. Un consiglio: siamo nel 2024, il check in online non è futurismo!

Very clean, very confortable, good location to visit the city.

Despite that the accommodation was good, the owner/worker of the place made our stay going negatively. After booking our stay the owner informed us that the checkin couldn’t be possible after 7pm because we didn’t informed him time in advance (we informed him 3 days prior arrival that we arrive at 10pm) and it is his policy. We tried to find a solution but his only answer was : « you will be presented as no show if you don’t come before 7pm ». We even said that we will come the second day and that on the first day we will find another hotel. His answer was « if you don’t come the first day, then I can’t host you the second day » even if we paid for the all duration stay. So it sounds like a scam or a bad joke. he wanted to get our full amount of reservation without cancelling the reservation or finding any solution. We had to find someone to come and pick up the keys for us in a country we don’t know otherwise we would have lost all our money spent on the reservation and would have to find another accommodation. it was very stressful. The host is really not professional and not flexible. He will not even try to help you. It is his way or nothing. If you arrive later than 7pm, have a flight delay or so… you will probably have to find another place to spend the night and loose your all reservation. We were very disappointed by his behavior. So I will defenetly recommend other places with more assistance if needed especially for the price paid. I just add that in the many house rules and policy, if you need any help or assistance outside the few hours open during the day you ll need to pay extra (like if you loose the openning door card or so)

It was everything perfect. The staff Giuseppe is extremely kind and patience. The area is really peaceful and have loads of great restaurants, the room and the bathroom were spotless.

Giuseppe un fantástico anfitrión, habla estupendamente el español, te recomienda sitios que visitar y donde comer, nosotros hicimos caso de su recomendación de visitar castel Gandolfo, nos dijo hasta los horarios de los trenes! un día de escapada fuera de roma para respirar aire puro y desconectar de la ciudad. Siempre atento e intenta facilitar todo en la medida de lo posible
