The motel had everything we needed.

There would appear to be more units than car parks. We didn’t miss out but someone else did. The wifi was not good in the bedroom. Unit not serviced due to staff shortage we were told.

The hosts were accommodating for an early check in which was much appreciated! The room was clean and simple which was enough for what we wanted for a one night stay for a concert to which we walked (3km) each way to Wolfbrook arena

The road noise was really loud in the top room closest to the road. A few sirens going past to ensure I didn't get too much sleep - partner didn't have too much issue sleeping through it - not great if you are a light sleeper.

Very happy with this place. Surprisingly quiet for the busy Blenheim Rd. Very clean and modern apartment. The staff was very friendly and helpful. Highly recommended.

Exceeded expectations

The rooms were well thought out and the accomodation seemed not very old (modern bathroom). Everything was very clean and warm. The staff was very welcoming. The room was surprisingly quiet even though we were right at a very busy street and the wifi worked great. We couldn't hear any of our neighbours even though the motel was booked out.

A reading light on the bedside table would be nice rather than only a ceiling light in the bedroom. The kitchen was missing some plates and cutlery but in the end it wasn't important to us since we used the bowls and if I had mentioned it to the staff I'm sure we would have received more immediately.

The living room for us to gather and chat. Enough sitting with sofa and dining table and chairs.

Bathroom, water all over after a shower. No screen on windows, insects could fly into the room.

The air conditioner smells musty

Cobwebs around ceilings and dead insects on bathroom ceiling and wall tiles.needs to be more care with cleaning of units.

The motel is clean, child friendly, it provided television & b wifi and basic needs for a family room.

We were asked to do laundry on a later time because they will use it to wash the linens of those who checked out, we have no worries about it, they politely asked however for better customer service it would be great to do it not on the laundry hours for guest as most guest may have limited time. And also, it will be nice to have a lock on toilets to have a little privacy. Aside from what mentioned, it was a wonderful stay.

Living area quite small once we pulled out the couch for 5th person.
