Staff was not good. Too arrogant.

The location was great.
Nice clean bedding and AC. overall value for money.
The photos of the rooms are not up to date. it would have to have had a kettle to make drinks.

Great location close to beautiful Palolem Beach and some lovely restaurants. The room was a good size, very clean and had a big bed. Host was very helpful and accommodating. Great value for money - would recommend and we would definitely stay here again!

Room was clean and nothing was broken. Despite humidity outside fan kept things dry inside
Wifi did not work in our room - we had to set up signal repeater with one of our phones to be able to use wifi
2 out of 3 nights we could not sleep due to dogs barking all night long.

We had some issues with the room but the management fixed them immediately. Quite and in good location.

Nice room with mosquito net at the window. Bed was comfy. Location is good - only a few minutes away from the beach. Good value for money.
Airport transfer worked out fine.
Fan was a bit noisy.

The size of the room was quite large. The room had a single seater sofa and a tea table which was quite useful.

I booked room as mentioned double room with AC and Garden view, but it's not double room it is double bed, so this represents false commitment I considered it as double room but its is Singal room

Location was very good. Very near to the beach and market and restaurants. No disturbance from the owner of the property. Owner was very helpful to tell the locations of various necessary facilities near to the stay location.
What is available is best for solo travellers as well as family.

It’s very private as the owners live in the building next door. They are easily available when you need any help or information but they don’t pry in how you spend your time there.

I had an excellent stay. Next time, if I am ever stay in palolem in the future, I will stay there. I recommend this place for staying.
