In general was a nice hotel, clean and modern quite professional service.
Swimming pool only opens until 6 pm, did tno allow my children to swim passed that time. No reason why.

I paid in advance and booked a king bed room and got 2 twin bed room because they gave it to somebody else. Then the receptionist also showed me attitude when I asked him about it.
I booked room with balcony, did not get it.
I checked in late at midnight all sleepy and guess what my room wasnt even ready! They sent staff to prepare my room in front of me and I watched the bed being made!!!

The location is just perfect, very strategic and close to all the suggested eating places. The staffs are all nice and accomodating. Both restaurants (Kayu Manis and Praline) serves great food.
The breakfast place is quite small, so when the hotel is full, it will be hard to find a table.

The receptionist is very nice, she manages to book another 2 nights for me at the same room.
The cleaning service is also nice. I can drop laundry to him.
I used grab bike to commute to the office. Bike can not drop-off me as a guest on front of the lobby. Although it is only steps away from lobby, I feel they should treat guest with bike the same with the one used taxis or grab car

Best hot water/shower in S.E. Asia. This hotel has worked hard to understand what travellers need. Every request was happily accommodated.

The location is so centralised. The room was clean and spacious, and the breakfast was really good.
On the first couple of days, I asked for a second room card, but the reseption said there was no more card available to be given due to full occupancy, so strange. But I managed to get it after I talked to different staff.

The room was big with balcony. Toilet hot water pressure was good and really hot. Staff might not be able to speak English that well, but they did all they could to assist me on my queries and stuff. Loved the mini bar and every room has a fridge. Security was good also you could see people patrolling around.
Maybe the pool is a bit too small.

The food at breakfast.
During checked out (around 10:30) I was asked to wait, as the staff would like to check the room for something could be left by us. Then they said everyrhing is okay nothing left.
On the way I realized that my electricity plug-in adapter & cable charger was left in the hotel room. We went back to the hotel at about 16:00; and alhamdulillah my electricity plug-in adapter and cable charger was found in hotel room. So, my advise for us and also particularly for hotel staffs need to double check everything.

Swimming pool is too near to restaurant so I cancel to swim because of this.
