The place is located in a nice and quiet neighborhood, some minutes walking from the city center, but it is worth the effort or just drive by bus or taxi. The room was clean, the bathroom is nice, with western toilet and a good shower. Fair price for travellers and an amazing hospitality. Residency is run by a very decent, fair and friendly family. I felt very welcome and they helped me with everything that I asked for. They kept the place clean all the time and are extremely respectful towards their customers. I was happy I could support this beautiful family by staying there. Most important for me is that they are honest, fair and respectful. I am more than happy with my stay. Decent room for a fair price and welcome smile - all that I needed. Thank you 🙏

There is something you should know before booking. 1. This is a local family house, they live/eat/laugh/sleep/grow here. 2. Become parts of this fami. And this is your house. Make urself comfortable. 3. If you don't know how to use mosquito net. Go google or ask Priyan

Nice place near the beach and not so far from the town centre either. The owner is very nice and helps you in whatever you need assistance with. I rented bycicles from them for short and long term too. Recommended.

Shenali akki and Priyan bro were very friendly and helpful hosts. The two of them became very close. we felt like being in own home. Lovely family with a so beauty and cute kid. Room facilities are simple but comfortable. Bathroom was clean always. Perfect value for money. Will visit again and I highly recommended this place.

The hospitality was exceptional. Adorable family with a cute kid. Rooms were big. Toilets were always clean. Received an email soon after my reservation, offering a pick up from the railway at such a late hour. Priyan and family was so kind and helpful. His wife makes great Tea in the morning. The rooms are spacious and adequate. No a/c but for such a low price, a fan was good enough. Their unbeatable spirit in hardship and demeanor is truly infectious. Mr. Priyan even helped me get discount for motorbike! Viva Villa vidura.

Great location - I always enjoyed walking back from the city centre, you get to say hi to locals and I felt very safe. The hosts Priyan and Shenali will make sure you have everything you need, they are great to talk to and their little one is adorable :)
