The staff is amazing you will feel that these people are working from their hart They help you if you ask them no delay they are quite in their actions Especially the exception staff I will mention them by name Niall, Andrea and Jenny Thank you guys you made my travel easy

Big, nice, very clean, good location. We come with a car, no parking. The lady in the reception help us to find street with almost free parking. Thanks to her :)

Excellent, friendly staff that has been very helpful ever since I surveyed the place. The rooms were clean and spacious, the bathroom amenities were all my favorite Rituals product :) The kitchen was fully equipped with all you might need, perfect location in the middle of one of the hip areas of berlin with lots of restaurants and easy access everywhere.

The short elevator for wheelchair users were available, but sadly was out of service.

The only issue is the noise from the street. The lack of air-conditioning forced us to keep windows open

It had everything you could need, and was right by an underground station.

I was on the third floor facing the street, the trams run all night and were so noisy I kept waking up.

Location was incredible - right at Rosenthaler Platz. Rooms were clean, spacious, bright, and comfortable. The receptionists were lovely and helpful. Highly recommend this for your stay in Berlin!

The room was in the perfect location for getting around Berlin and there was so much to do in walking distance. The room was excellent and was a very good size.

We liked everything about this apartement, and that it was just a few steps away from public transport so we could easily travel around with a Berlin welcome card.

Some noise from the street, if you need to have an open window during night.

The location in Mitte was excellent. Good walking distance to everything we wanted to do... Christmas markets, bars, restaurants and city tours! I celebrated my 40th and everything was perfect! I would recommend this apartment to others, great for girl groups wanting to do a city break and celebration. The staff were knowledgeable about the area and have gave good recommendations on arrival for places to go and the best Christmas markets in the area.

Nothing. I can't wait to return again. Next time I would like to stay longer than a 3 day weekend as accommodation and location was so good.
