I book 1st floor but I get 2 nd floor shower is not working
very difficult to go with stair my wife is patient pain in leg she is feeling not good after holiday no parking if you try to open gallery so dirty full with dust and rust same bedroom window if you open curtain all dust look never clean

It was a warm welcome and a decent experience, for the value of money and the location, it was great

i liked that they were very professional about being available and aligned from before hand. Cleanliness of the apartment is under question though and maintainence is slow, other than that things were ok
int he AC balcony there were many wassps who used to enter the flat so the general maintainence from outer side and overall cleanliness of sofa and tables can be looked on, needs work on that

The caretaker Hidayat was very hospitable and took care of my requests with speed and dedication. Lovely experience.

All the information was provided prior and was met on arrival to check in and ensure i had everything I needed. Provided contact details for any services eg new towels, linen, bathroom items and arranging washing. Drinking water is included and refilled whenever required and the internet has been great which was important as working from the apartment. Many places close by for food, a quick walk across to the beach and mall down the road. Apartment is also safe and secure.

Everything was in working order. Bathroom was ok, ac was good, the place was clean.
There were cockroaches everywhere. Even on the bed... The host did provide a bug spray but still that's not something you want to see in a room.
The stabilizer for the ac made a lound buzzing noise.
Mattress was deformed. Seems like a lot of unmarried "couples" had used only one side of the bed.
I just needed a place to keep my things and sleep comfortably. Unfortunately I wasn't able to get good sleep due to the bug problem and the uncomfortable mattress.
