Maybe hammam could have been cleaned but more. Gate at parking wasn’t working and no borne for electric car

Roof top terrace with fantastic view, however why it is closed on Friday/Saturday when you need it most?

Air conditionning is a mess. In a first room I got it was noisy like staying next to helicopter, I asked to change a room and got a reasonable sound aircon, however it was NOT BLOWING any air in the room and this was noticeable as soon as entry the room. Windows not possible to open either. I asked to change a room again and finally got reasonable room, however on the aircon vents it was very noticeable the quality of the air blown to the room (see picture - never saw this at any other hotel). On previous visit few rooms where me and my collesgies were staying didnt had cold water supply for first 20 minutes u opened a tap. Hotel aparently have an issues with utilities.

Restaurant had no vegan dishes and could not offer something however I managed to juggle something from the menu. Poor public transport connections

Great breakfast, great food at the restaurant, well equipped bedroom, the bar at the 9th floor is great. Swimming pool and gym amazing. Loved the decoration throughout the hotel. Friendly staff.

No bags or dryer for the wet swimming costume in the changing rooms. The guest on the floor above would keep walking to late hours and get up really early walking heavy again.

Friendly reception staff for midnight check in, great location for flights from Le Bourget. Comfortable bed with decent pillows. Breakfast staff were attentive and helpful, nice selection for breakfast including eggs cooked to your liking.

Was given two different sets of directions for the terminal I needed, so I relied on Google instead. Tea making facilities in the room are in an awkward spot in a cupboard.
